I placed my first pick-up order today and was highly disappointed. I usually do my own shopping but I injured my hip so I was excited to see that there is a pick up option. However, I will never use it again and potentially won't be shopping at food lion again. I received my order but I was missing things from my list. They didn't substitute them, they just didn't include them but I was still charged for them. I also ordered a bag of onions and was disappointed to receive a bag of moldy ones that had to immediately be trashed. Because of my injury I was not able to go into the store and have the items rectified so I had to take a financial loss and miss out on making a specific dinner tonight. The store I patronized is in high point, NC on Brian Jordan pl.
Desired outcome: A $10-20 giftcard to offset the financial loss so i can replace the missing and expired items
