Today, January 5th, 2023 round 12:30 I went to try to return some clothes that my daughter had gotten on Christmas as a gift. I didn't have the receipt which I told the employee once I handed her the bag. So she then called her manager and told I also told him. They told me that they couldn't do the return cause I didn't have the receipt and I asked couldn't they put the money on a gift card like other retail stores do and they said no. That I could go back and look for some more clothes which I told them I didn't have time and that they really didn't carry her size. So the employee caught an attitude with me and calling me names like the b word and told me to go home and threw the bag of clothes out in the parking lot in the process. She did all of this in front of her manager. The same employee was also have was rude to other customers while I was in there waiting. Since this has happened I will not be returning to that store. I really don't like shopping there.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and also I would liked to have the money on a gift card so I could give it to someone else. I would also like that employee to be fired!
