Sheetz - Horrible customer service received from a supervisor

I'm messaging in regards to a very unpleasant experience with the supervisor who was working at this location tonight. I came in after 10 pm on 5/2/2021 and as I'm walking up to the counter I greeted her and asked her how she was doing but she ignored me. She didn't even lift her head-up to make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence. the only thing that she ever said to me was "I can take you at this register over here". I asked her for some cigars and she handed me the wrong ones. She seemed irritated that she had to correct the mistake. she read me my total which was around $5.28 and I handed her a $20 bill to pay for my items but she only handed me back $4! She didn't wish me well and just started to walk away. I called out to her by saying ma'am? She kept on walking.. I still had eyes on her when I said excuse me miss? And she continued to ignore me and proceeded to the back of the store... one of the cooks heard me calling after her from where he was standing which was further away so I know that if he heard me so did she. he approached me so I politely asked him if he could go get the supervisor who was just here? He went to the back of the store except he came back instead of her! He asked me what I needed help with and I told him I got the wrong change back. he then looked at the receipt which was still on the printer and he was very helpful by giving me the rest of my change. I told him that his supervisor seemed to have an attitude and I'm not sure why but I hope that she has a good night anyway. I have been running a coffee bar for 5 years now so I fully understand the importance of delivering an exceptional experience to all of my customer in order to guarantee their return. It was extremely disheartening that I had to experience something like this from a young lady who was supposed to be in charge of that shift. She has been by far the worst representation of this company that I have ever seen! and I am a die hard fan of sheetz. I was very offended to the point where I'm having to file this complaint which I've never had to do before.

I am hoping that this complaint can reach someone who has the power to offer this young lady some type of refresher training on customer service and resolving issues, as well as some type of referral to an outside resource that she can utilize so that she can receive the proper help that she may need to help her cope with whatever personal issues that she's experiencing that has allowed her to carry those problems into work and treat me the way that she did tonight. It was unacceptable and I did not deserve it. I never had to do this before and I hate the thought of the possibility of other customers having to go through the same experience that I did tonight.

Desired outcome: Please retrain this individual on customer service and resolving issues properly.
