I used the self checkout. There was an error with my mto ticket. Stood in line. There was an error when cashier scanned it and had to call a manager. Manager took awhile (that's understandable) manager finally came, I bounced between registers. They scanned everything but scanned the wrong Mto ticket (it wasn't my ticket, I guess I paid for the other guy at the register) They said they'd have to redo it. It has been 20 minutes, I just couldn't wait any longer. So I left, paid for someone else's food and never got mine. Whatever. Never an apology. My food was ready, it was waiting, I paid, just let me take the food.
Desired outcome: Do whatever, I'm not coming back. I had the Sheetz card since 2016, it just went to crap after the lockdown in 2020.
This was Dixie Forest, not the location I selected. That's my fault. Sorry for the confusion.

Their is an employee on third shift that is rude and Lazy. I don't catch her name but it said supervisor on her tag. Shes short with glasses and brown skin. I've waited multiple times in line waiting for her to come to the register. Shes never doing any work. If you see her them shes always always talking to Male customers. She'll look at the register WITH a line of people and continue on with her conversation. Third shift is always under staffed so I know the person in the kitchen cant always come to the register as their making food. The lady with the head scarf will be making the food. Shes new and I don't know her name at all. She'll acknowledge us customers in line and inform us that someone will be with is shortly. I assume that she informs the supervisor but she takes her sweet jesus time getting to us. That's very unprofessional and for her to be a supervisor? Please someone fix this issue!
