at store #371 at 3:05 pm i had ordered a pepperoni roll with marinara dip & nacho cheese. my order number was 331, i finished shopping and went to the check out my order had become complete before i paid and the 2 girls set it off to the size. one young Hispanic and young African American. i saw the paid ticket print and the young hispanic walked over and ignored the tag. she walked away and started cooking pickles and frys for another order. she looked over at me and i tried to get her attention, with no luck. the young african american completed another order and stuck the paid sticker on theirs and handed it out after she placed my paid sticker on the counter and did not check it. the young Hispanic girl then looked at me and whispered to her coworker while looking at me. the young african american then completed another order and skipped mine once again and i was finally able to ask her for mine and informed her she had placed my paid sticker on the counter and left it there.

i feel that the young hispanic knew i was trying to her her attention which is why she looked at me when talking to her coworker. i do not appericate being forgotten i get mistakes happen but it was several in the same moment. when i did received my food it had sat and the bread had begun to harden from sitting and cooling.

I have been around way before sheetz came in our community while we welcome them their store has become an eye sore the pumps are filthy and dirty gas spilled all around the walk way around the store at the entrance needs to be power wash it is nasty and dirty from spills trash be outside the trash cans at the pumps be full all the time. the inside of the store have dried up spills on the floor the drink area is nasty from spills sticky when you walk bathrooms are not well kept. There has not been a descent manager in this store since the manager named wendell was there. We have a new strip of stores and restaurants getting ready to be build across the street from sheets and we would like this store to be bought up to standards like it was when they first open. This store is located 5200 New Bern avenue. people go to the knight dale store to keep from coming in this store.
