WoodSprings Suites

My family and I checked in Friday August 2 2019. I made a reservation for a double bed smoking room and was provided one. Thursday September 19 I had received four phone calls through out the morning and afternoon about noise complaints. I told them it wasn't coming from my room all four times and didn't think anymore about it. Saturday September 21 2019 I get a knock on the door about another noise complaint. At this point I am completely confused and frustrated with this situation because this feels like harrasment. None of the occupants in my room was doing anything malicious or intentional to cause any type of disturbance at any of these times the noise complaints were being reported. Only for the front desk to tell me the problem was the way were walking around the room. I'm dumbfounded because I don't understand how I'm suppose to walk around or that I was suppose to limit the length of time my family and I was suppose move about the room. The staff is rude ghetto and lazy. My room was cleaned only once the time we were there. We've found roaches bedbugs and spiders. A past resident even took a big dump on the elevator floor. This hotel is nasty. The staff is nasty. As crazy as all of this sounds it's the truth. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and family.
