I walked in around 2:05 a.m. to purchase cigarettes but before that i always get the cashier to do a price check on the biggest Beenie babies because I had one ring up for 4.99$ the other day so 25$ vs. 5$ heck yea I'm going to always check them. Tammy the lady at the register immediately got rude and was like they are 24.99$ I said will you still please check the price and explained to her I had purchased one for 4.99$ just the other day she responded with "well you shouldve brought it back" insinuating I stole it or switched the price tag because her next statement was just that. Then she goes on to say there is no way it rang up for that price I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she looked me dead in my eyes and said "yes". I walked out went to my car got a pen and paper walk back into the store wait in line and when it came my turn I asked her for her name and corporate number she responded then with she was going to call the cops. No reason at all did she have to call the cops on me when I was asking for simple information and was not at all in any way rude to this lady. Another customer was behind me and told her there is no reason for all that she just wants the information so she then goes to tell me the wrong information I walked outside and got the correct store address for myself. She told me also she was the manager and her name tag clearly says customer service representative. I think it is insane that I chose to drive 20 min to the closest store and didnt even purchase the items I needed because of her disrespect and attitude. I have worked customer service since I was 14 with a workers permit and that type of attitude is NEVER acceptable, , if she doesnt like her job she needs to quit because there are people out here that would love to have her position and would act accordingly to the standards. She definitely was out of line and going against store policy/procedure. I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE! And I will definitely be telling ALL - Facebook - SnapChat -Google - everyone I know - about my experience to be sure nobody has to go thru what I just went thru until she is dealt with in the correct manner this isn't the first time I have visited this store and every time this specific lady has the same attitude but this is the first time it was directed at me. I will not tolerate it and you guys have lost a customer for life due to one employee. I will no longer use circle k for any of my needs and will tell others to do the same as well.
She also came outside and took pictures of my car and my tag as I was writing this complaint because she seen when I took the picture of her and called me a [censored] and told me good luck because she was going to call the police on me...sad! I will sue if the cops pull me over because I took a picture and made a complaint because she was in the wrong and is trying to justify her actions.
