This is about the sheetz on forest hills rd wilson nc. Sheetz is my favorite place to eat. Best food in town. Except this one.. Evenings shift i've ordered tacos majority or the time and where it asks for do you want taco sauce i've always put yes. Never had a problem until the last few times. It's been 5 times now they dont put taco sauce in the bag and i've had to eat dry [censored] tacos. It happen once fine twice not ok but no complaint 3rd time I call and tell them about it. Told her nothing can be done now i'm already home but someone isn't doing their job. Its happen the very next 2 times in a row and I believe it's intentional the last 2 times because I complained. Why the hell should I have to check in the bag with all the other food to see each time if taco sauce is in there. I already have to ask in the app. Who wants to ask twice for taco sauce. No doubt its intention this time all because I said something about it the third time it happen. Smh... They know me because I order lunch dinner everyday for a year now so what else are they doing to my food now they see me as the bad guy?
Sheetz - Slow service and bad communication
Placed a mobile order at 1:17am on Saturday October 5, 2019. Arrived at Sheetz around 1:20am. I stood there for 40 minutes before I got my order. They never told me the order was ready. They apparently read off the ticket number as #224 but my Sheetz app and email said my order number was #[protected]. Despite them having a "mobile order" shelf they could have placed it on. My food was cold by the time I got it and I wasted 40 minutes of my life. They need to specify a mobile order is done instead of just reading off a ticket number I would have had no way of knowing was mine. Or at least put it in the designated place. I would have had better luck ordering in person or just going somewhere else.
