This is the second time that I have ordered the two meat platter and have only received 3 wings with fries and a biscuit. It should contain 8 wings, it is not fair to have to pay over $8 for food I did not receive all of. It should not matter the time of day or night that the order was placed. Nor should it matter if the order was placed in the store, at the kiosk or through the mobile app. The level of customer service should always be great. I would like a refund please. This is unacceptable.
