On Sept. 6, 2021 I had an appointment for 3:15 to donate. I arrived at my time and ended up standing in line for 50 minutes due to the large amount of others also in line and only two people available to do the initial blood pressure and finger poke. This is the fourth time I have waited to begin the donation. I am not sure why the corporate allows that many people to schedule at one time. If there is a 10 min. before and after appointment slots, that is potentially 18 people that could show up at one time. There needs to be a better way to do this.
Desired outcome: Allow less people to schedule to alleviate the long waits
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
