Village Inn Restaurants - Ought to fire all but two of the people on duty at 1215 9 july

This is the second time in two weeks I have been to this restaurant. It took 10 minutes for someone to seat me. A scruffy worker, a table doing paper work? Shouted someone needed to seat us.
Saw the manager once in my visit this time when a customer complained about her club, the manager stopped at the scruffy worker and ask him if he would eat it and pulled something out of the middle of it. No one seemed very upset, I am not sure if they tried to find out who and why it was there.
I have been to the village inn at 60 and l in Omaha and Orlando Mel and Virginia worked together and I shook hands with Orlando and told him in all the years I have gone to this one he was the first that did not spend more time in the office than the floor, Bad employees are worse than no employees. Promote Orlando and put him in the one at twin creek to make the store how it is supposed to

Desired outcome: make the twin creek restaurant to be as it ought to be . thank you
