Yesterday:
Spend 20min at the mic waiting to order. We were greeted immediately and asked to wait. Then we were not spoken to again despite our attempts to speak to them.
Today:
Waited 20min in line after ordering. At least half of this was spent pulled in front of the window. I was never acknowledged until after that 20min. I wanted to do a split payment and was told they cannot do that.
Worst customer service of any fast food.
Desired outcome: Better staff in Holdrege, NE
