Shaw's

Very bad experience today at the shaws in londonderry nh cindy in the seafood department is rude to her customers after I told her what I wanted my phone rang and I answered the phone did try to disconnect with the person and she rudely told me to get off the phone either I was going to talk to her I was going to talk to the people on the phone I told her that was very rude that I already gave her my order and who does she think she is telling me to get off the phone I actually got really upset and I said who do you think you are telling me to get off my f****** phone which was absolutely wrong of me and I do see that but then she refused to even wait on me I told her just because she was having a bad day she didn't need to take it out on me she told me she wasn't going to wait on me and she'd have me kicked out of the store and then proceeded to go and tell the manager what just happened he went back there to get me my piece of fish and he was looking for her and she was nowhere to be found so I went down to the meat department and she came out of the employee door and I was on the phone with my boyfriend tell him what just happened because I was upset and she started laughing at me I said I don't know what you're laughing about because I got my fish sitting right here in my basket she told me she'd get me kicked out of the store prior to that I saw her harassing the customer that was in front of me this is not customer service this one's a little cuckoo in the head I will not shop at that Shaw's again we are all a little burnt out what's going on in the world but I don't take my stuff out on other people and I don't like going into a place where I'm spending my money and having them take out their agravations out on me as I was paying for my groceries the manager was bagging I informed him that I had another encounter with her I like she's crazy and all he did was looked at me I understand with the times going on that it's hard to find good people but it's the bad people that are going to bring you down
