Outback Steakhouse - Service

I arrived with a party of 8, although I had put my name on the list online for 6. When we arrived, the hostess seemed visibly annoyed with me and my family, showing no willingness to help. She made no effort to keep us updated about the hour-long wait. I had my elderly father in a wheelchair with me, but no accommodations were even attempted. Finally, we were seated at 2 separate tables, and our drink orders were taken 20 minutes after being seated by a very rude woman. She had a snide answer for every comment we made and was extremely unpleasant. Our food did not come out together, and she asked inappropriate questions while making faces and rude remarks. Nothing went smoothly, and the experience was far from enjoyable. Both the hostess and waitress should be fired. I kept my comments to myself to avoid embarrassing anyone, but they should be ashamed of their behavior. I will NEVER come back to this place. Furthermore, the food was subpar at best. The restaurant wasn't even packed, so there was no need for the attitude or for rushing us on their time.

Desired outcome: Some sort of apology and refund
