To whom it may consern
My Fiancé and I stayed at the Red Roof Plus we checked in at 3pm and at 1 am I noticed a bed bug on the pillow where my fiancé was laying his head. We quickly reported it to the front desk, where the staff member named Ronald came to the room and took photos of the live bed bug. Then he informed us that there was nothing he could do and refuse to refund the amount we paid for the room without even so much as an apology was offered. In fear that the bed bugs would travel to our home, we discarded all of our belongings. We were stranded at 1 am with nowhere to stay. We are extremely upset at how the situation was handled.

Desired outcome: Refund for the room, compensation for our belongings , a written apology from from Red Roof Plus as well as compensation for being stranded at 1am with no where to go .
