Costco at Edison (205 Vineyard Rd, Edison, NJ 08817) is not following the updates from Costco.com.
I am a healthcare worker. I went to Costco on 11/10/2020 at 9 AM. There was a long line of 60 and older people waiting in the cold weather. Costco manager did not care about the customers and opened at 9:15 AM instead of 9 AM. I asked the employee if the healthcare worker/first responder is allowed to move to the front of the line. He said NO, you have to go to the end of the line like others. He told me if you want, go and complain to the supervisor.
That Costco manager or supervisor is not following the Costco rules. They have no respect to the first responders. They care for their convenience only. Very undesirable.
