AMC Theatres - Customer service and cleanliness

I took my children January 17 at 12:45 to see the movie sing … I had a complementary Check out along with three other tickets that I purchased from Costco. Due to the pandemic we have not been able to get to the movies sooner especially since when we contracted Covid my husband was on breathing machines for a bit of time and then recovering. So one of the tickets had expired as of the new year so I asked to speak to the manager because I was advised when I called before it expired that a manager would usually override that considering the circumstances so when I got there and they were telling me that couldn't be done I spoke to a manager by the name of Kaitlyn at the freehold New Jersey location and she was so rude and disrespectful she said that's not their policy they can't honor it it doesn't matter if it expired yesterday. Her staff would never advise anyone of that and I couldn't of possibly got anybody on the phone at corporate to even get that information. Again just being totally rude as I'm in there with young children buying tickets to see a kid show. Then what really put me over the edge was my husband had to take my two small children to the bathroom my two daughters who are three and four years old and being that there's no family bathroom and my husband can't go into the girls room and my babies can't go into the bathroom alone he had to bring them into the men's bathroom which was disgusting. There was feces all over the floor there were feces underneath the stalls there was a pair of shoes covered in feces with a men's pants filled with feces. My four-year-old daughter was gagging and began throwing up. We had to leave my husband was so disgusted. I called the same supervisor to let her know that we had to leave and the situation and she told me she was aware of the situation and they addressed it as soon as they found out about it and it's not really her problem and her staff shouldn't of had to deal with that. Which again I agreed with her but that wasn't the point of my call we spent money to see a movie that we had to leave halfway into it. My biggest issue is the overall customer service with someone who is claiming to be the supervisor of this location. I would like a refund to say the least and I also would like this person to be addressed because there's a way that you go about speaking to people especially when people are being respectful towards you and just inquiring or letting you know of the situation there is absolutely no reason to be rude I disrespectful especially in front of Children. Enclosed is proof that we were there that day with my children and also proof of the issue with the bathroom once I reported the filth.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund or future tickets for my five family members and myself as well as this incident being addressed with a specific manager of the location
