SDTruckSprings.com - Sold used Firestone Ride Rite Kit as New

You order a $350.00 Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Kit from an on-line vendor as new, but you receive a kit that is obviously previously sold, used, returned, repackaged and reshipped. Would you simply accept the injustice, or would you be irritated and complain to the company from which you made the purchase? The company in question is www.sdtrucksprings.com and the full report is below. SD Truck Springs has been reported to a number of government, regulatory and consumer protection agencies for selling as new, a used, returned, repackaged and reshipped Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Kit. SD Truck Springs is replying to the complaints with misleading and deceptive reply information, and is also concealing material information in its attempt to arguably fabricate information to facilitate arriving at a completely false conclusion. It is bad enough that SD Truck Springs initially shipped a customer a used, returned, repackaged and reshipped Firestone RideRite Air bag suspension kit, but it has, since July 2015, continued to facilitate a cover-up of the facts, and its Firestone sales representative is a direct participant in SD Truck Springs’ unlawful conspiracy. I realize that the amount of the dispute is relatively insignificant. However, after expressing my dissatisfaction, the vendor, SD Truck Springs, has threatened to file a lawsuit against me, its customer. That places the amount at risk in a wholly different dimension than just the product cost. Furthermore, given the careless methods that SD Truck Springs employed to attempt to deceive a customer, the question arises if this is a common practice of SD Truck Springs, which increases the need to expose it for its business practices. I am hopeful that we do not need judicial intervention to supervise what should be a very simple resolution. However, to reiterate, it is the vendor, SD Truck Springs that has threatened litigation against its customer. I find that threatening a dissatisfied customer with litigation to be an astonishing method of customer service. Anyone who has been through the litigation process takes threats of litigation very seriously, and avoids it at all costs, particularly when threatened with a lawsuit that is wholly frivolous. I certainly do not wish to be a party to a lawsuit, which would likely require compulsory counterclaims and motions for sanctions under Rule 11 for frivolous conduct, should SD Truck Springs file its frivolous lawsuit against its customer. On July 8, 2015, I ordered the DEI-2550 Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Kit from SDTruckSprings.com for my 2010 Ford F-350 King Ranch 4x4 DRW truck. I also ordered an air compressor to use for inflation of these airbags via wireless remote. The total order cost was $630.00 (Six Hundred Thirty Dollars). The purpose of the Airbag Suspension Kit is to provide additional suspension support for the rear axel of a truck that is carrying a load. I own a 40 foot fifth wheel travel trailer, which I tow with my truck. The trailer has a weight of roughly 15, 000 pounds. The shipment from SD Truck Springs was delivered on July 13, 2015. I asked a neighbor who is a United States Navy Submariner and a lead mechanic on an Ohio Class nuclear submarine if he would assist me with installing the airbags and compressor. My neighbor came to my home on July 17, 2015 to assist with the installation of the equipment ordered from SD Truck Springs. As with most expensive items I order on line, I videotaped opening the boxes in the event there was any damage or other issues with the order. See more at: http://www.trucksprings.co
