I've been parking at Vista Parking for 30 years. The staff was always great, the location convenient and the price good. I receive weekly emails so when I'm planning a trip I make a reservation in advance and also get a "slight" discount. This time (3/26), I had made a reservation and that is what I expected to pay. When I went to pick up my car I was told that if I paid with cash I would get the price I expected, if I used a credit card it would be more. 10% more - - surprise! There was nothing on the web site about using cash or paying more if a credit card was used.. They did not honor my reservation price. I've ridden in vans that are many, many years old, very shabby and rattle as you're driving along and never complained about the crummy mode of transportation. But, not honoring my reservation price, surprising me with a cash versus credit card price - - not good customer service.
After 30 years of being a loyal customer - I'm through.

I parked my car at the vista parking lot. my back bumper was damage. when I picked up my car the passenger seat was all the way down. it seems like they took my car for a joy ride. Im really upset because I never had this problem with any other parking company. I pray they fixed my car..
