If I could leave negative star review, I definitely would. I had the worst experience at this location. I had used the Sonic mobile app and upon arriving I was not able to check-in. I refreshed my browser, logged out of the app, logged back in, checked my email, and nothing seemed to be working. I decided to pull up to the window when the manager on duty opened the sliding window yelling, "Why didn't you use the box?!" I was astounded at her tone and terrified to even ask if the mobile app was down. I had told her, I used the mobile app, and I was trying to check-in. She aggressively asked the name on the order, gave me the drinks, and I asked if she was okay. I believe her name is Leslie, who seemed provoked even more by asking her if she was okay. She slammed the window, threw our order around before she slammed open the window handing me our order, and slammed the window locking it before she walked away. This all felt like a bad dream, a terrifying nightmare. I caution everyone who visits this establishment. The lady is Caucasian, middle aged, with a double-chin, who behaves aggressively and manages the establishment. I recommend you take your business to other Sonic locations besides this one. The worst part, I left a generous tip on the mobile app and I wish I hadn't.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund for the tip I left and a feedback of how this problem was resolved.
