Advantage Rent A Car - Bald Tires, 3 days till response

I rented a car from Advantage Rental center in Las Vegas McCarren Airport. I did the walk around on my own forgot to look at tires, huge mistake I admit but trusted the company would want safe customers. Upon a road trip arriving to Seattle WA a tire looked low so I stopped to check the pressure and they refused to fill because both front tires were bald and the belt is showing and it could pop at any minute. I went straight to where I was stayin and called customer service. First although the Vegas location is open 7 days a week they do not answer their phone all weekend and you can not leave a message. This was Saturday morning. I tried the general call center after many requests and run around and finally got a supervisor to put in a ticket for approval of new tires since I was too far from the nearest advantage location, this was Sunday. I was told I have to wait till the Las Vegas manager approves for me to get new tires, no answer when this could happen assuming it's not till Monday and the supervisor refused to give me anyone else's information to get an answer. So I'm stuck at my destination all weekend with a car I'm paying not to drive. I call all morning Monday still having no response except emails has been sent. Finally 11 am I get ahold of Customer Service manager, she was ready to give me the same run around till she noticed no one can get ahold of Las Vegas office and finally she agreed to call the district manger in Las Vegas personally and we came to the agreement that I would go to Les schwab to get new tires installed and assured I will be reimbursed. Now that It's Monday afternoon the car needs to be returned Wednesday evening after a 17 hour drive back to Las Vegas, I was supposed to be at work this morning and will miss work tomorrow. I got nothing accomplished I came to my destination to do. I'm hoping and praying they will reimburse me when I return and issued a refund for a car I could not use due to their lack of concern and customer service. This company put a single mother and her 7 year old daughter, along with every other person on the road at risk. Something will be done or I will be contacting news investigators and every review board will be flooded with pictures of the risk they put me in.
