On 7/11/2023, I had an appointment scheduled at Bio life at 2882 S. Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas Nevada. This is not my center of choice it is just the one that had an appointment available at this time. I have never been to this location before. As I walked in, I had my two children with me. As the other center I go to, have allowed my children to sit in the waiting area before. I was approached by Jasmine along with the Manager I believe her name is Megan, and was told people under 18 were not allowed. I was donating so I could feed my children and was upset about how they approached me in front of everyone and turned me away. The manager then deactivated my account because I was “upset”. I feel I’ve been discriminated because I have children and should be able to donate at other locations.
Desired outcome: My Biolife account to be reactivated asap.
