Visited the Outback on W. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas on July 29th. Called the next day to complain. Husband ordered a filet mignon and asked to have it done medium to well done. When it arrived it looked anything but a filet. Flat like a small hamburger. I ordered steak and crab legs. The crab legs were impossible to eat as they only provided a nut cracker and no small forks. Total waste. Also during dinner crew started to sweep the floor going under tables and we happened to be at one of the tables so while attempting to eat waitress tapped my foot with the broom. How unapplealing. When I called the next day the manager on duty said my husband's filet had been cut in half in order to have it cooked medium to well done and this would cut down the waiting time. We paid for a full filet mignon. She could not have cared less about the crab legs. Horrible and expensive experience. Corporate office returned my call and I was promised the district manager would get in touch. Nothing. I am beyond furious.
Desired outcome: Want my money back!
