We were provided a video bi ding estimate. Estimate was short but binding. We were verbally told our shipment would not exceed the binding amount.

Moving day. All our items were packed in the truck. Then my husband of 60 yrs in age was told that the shipment exceeded the binding estimate and a additional charge was to be added and he had no recourse since items were already loaded in moving truck.

He was told this would be sorted our items would be weighed ect and to sign here and here.

Our items were to be review at thier warehouse. Our items were nit review our binding estimate was changed and no one fixed the issue.

My items are now at new location. The additional fee was not fixed and we have to pay in cash or a money order from post office. We have been taken advantage of blatantly. Mind you our pick up date was 2 days late which caused further expense on our part. I would like my refund of additional over I paid from quote less and additional purchase of moving supplies. This is a terrible company that takes advantage of elderly people as well as veterans.
