Good evening,
I am writing with a complaint and a concern for One of your store managers at the Baldwinsville location. Around 4pm on 1/9 I had the displeasure of having to wait in line and while I could tell the manager was doing her best to get the customers through, when I expressed my disappointment in having to wait I was met with her defenses and A prompt lecture on how to be a better customer - I mentioned that it is the store managers job to make sure the customer is satisfied not the other way around at which point she became very frustrated and mentioned how overworked she was, how she had minimal staff, and is underpaid all of which I can sympathize with, and so, I was left with nothing to do but hurriedly try to pay and offered a "have a nice evening" to which she ignored me and went to the next customer while scoffing. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere
