On June 06, 2020. My siblings Raul Bobet that resided with and assist helping me to the rent. He went to get a break down for one-shot deal. The manager began to yelling at him that he will not get a breakdown for the rent that we owe. Because I am not letting anyone in my apartment to fix the bathroom ceiling and getting a new stove. She said it's say in my leases she could get the police to enter my apartment. I have call a police and no police didn't call.

The main reason of the complaint is that the Manager of New York City Housing Authority don't care for the tenant and no one else. She do not to get me a new stove. She want to be cheap with the money. The question of why I received a stove on June 18, 2020. Because she don't care no else. I meant every word I say here. Plus: I was promised from two persons, one person was the new superintendent and an African-American man that came on September 17, 2021.

That, the manger could break in the apartment and the apartment get a new lock for NYCHA and if the tenant have a second lock. you'll not get no reimbursement for the other lock. Because, they do not care. I know Ms. Noelia Guardiolo don't care for the tenant. That's why no want to live in New York City Housing Authority. Because They're going to inspected the apartment for Lead Paint. And, I am disappointed with the manager because, I didn't received an new lease. I am still complaint about the heat. Its not enough of heat is not giving in my building.
I think Ms. Guardiolo don't give of red cent care about the tenant. I am not give any satisfaction to her. Because, I don't care of her respect and as a manager. I hope she don't work here or any places.

They are not doing their job. On March 04, 2020. My brother went to court for some repair that didn't finished at. They came in few days after he went to the court day. The plaster came really early to do the job. I overheard of what the two plasters. They say, " its a fast job. " They could to go home. In the few minute a man came was talking to the plaster man. And, I overheard that two painter that used to work for N.Y.C.H.A . One of the painter is not supposed to be in my apartment. Because, one time. he was trying to force himself in the apartment. And, the Superintendent, Mr. Torres is not allow to be in my apartment. Because, the Judge, Hon. Enedina Pilar Sanchez, she is located at Civil Court of the New York City, Housing Part: A- N.Y.C.A., Room B-19, address at 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, New York City, [protected]. Hon. Sanchez, didn't say in the court paper. It's a court order to let anyone in the apartment. If she did put court order to let anyone in. But, I am not letting the Superintendent, Torres in the apartment. Again, if Mr.Torres come here in the apartment. I will call the real cops, not an a fake one. I will be waiting they come here. I just received email from the Chair & General Manager, Greg Russ from N.Y.C.H.A. and the Customer Operation Department, didn't sign of the email. Because, " They " do want to know who wrote the email. My brother or I will go to court and continued file any complaint until we got the thing we need fix and a new stove. Because, Mr. Torres gave a stove but its was broken at the boiler and I made a lot of complaint to 311.com. They didn't took any of the complaint seriously.
