I called for a week straight from 3/20/2020 til today 4/1/2020. And I get put on hold, the approximate wait time its 20 minutes but its not true after waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes they hang up they dont even get on the line they just disconnect the call its so frustrating because I need them to send my son social security check back to social security and the bank wont help and I cant get a rep on the phone. I don't know what to do.
