I was told I need more hours of home care by Oresta Borodevic PA. Then I was told to contact Metro Plus Ultra Care the next day after 12 pm I contacted Metro Plus and they said no communication was received from Urban Health regarding this. I called UHP. They said a case manager will call with in 48 hours. No case manager even called. This all happened in June.
Desired outcome: I would like to know why I now receive the same hours as before. Why I was ignored when I attempted to investigate. Why according to Metro Plus they never contacted Metro Plus about the situation like I was told they would.
