I am writing this note to let it be known that today which is :08/11/2022, my 15 year old daughter went in the store and asked a question about getting cash back from her card, but she said she decided to change her mind and when she told the manager (the male thats been working there) she changed her mind, he turned around and called. My. Cjild stupid. Now the other worker (. Guy) that stands at the door, found it funny and laughed as she was walking out... Now is this professional behavior for your store at all times? He has a very nasty attitude towards customers in a good day and by now being that i've had it out with him myself a year ago... And seen him treat people disrespectful... I have to ask who are really watching the workers and making sure there's no complaints that need to noticed? I'm gonna take this furthest as I can because we spend money not steao. And should be respected as well.

Family Dollar - Garbage and noise violations at this location continue
The Family Dollar store at 861 has a sanitation problem and a noise problem. Photos attached go back a year or so, and show the permanent garbage collection behind the store on Ellery street. This garbage has brought rats to our neighborhood as well as a very disheartening mess that often blocks the street and sidewalk.
In addition, there is a hidden loudspeaker system installed OUTSIDE the store, in the awning. This loudspeaker blares security announcements into the neighborhood at 3 AM, 5 AM, 7 AM, in the evening and at various times during the day.
Please do something about these blatant violations of health and safety in our community.
