Retro Fitness

My name is Trevor Forde I am a member of Retro Fitness gym located at 2512 street park slope south my agreement is number 07750. I would like to file a complaint against an employee of retro fitness gym ,by the name of coach Suzanne. Today as I clocked in at 10:06am to being my normal workout routine, I entered the gym and proceeded towards the end of the gym in which the aerobics area is located. I realized the lady wasn’t there. So As I was working out on the bench she approached me, I said Good morning she ignored my gesture and told me that she needed the bench I was working out on in two minutes because she has a client that was coming in 2 minutes. I said OK, I have one more set, and being that her client hasn’t arrived as of yet, I proceeded to finish my set. she got aggressive as I was finishing my last set. She remind me that a client can’t walk is coming. As her attitude changes She made a big deal of it. She started getting belligerent loud. She got in my face as I was sitting down, I told her clearly respect my space she refused I said, for the second time, can you respect my space and back up she’s backed up, one of the coworker is just coming in and doing rounds and heard the altercation between me and her, and as I was leaving, she proceeded to follow me, I wish she should have never done. It was always said and done inside a little aerobic area. I’m walking out the area explaining with a member of the gym at this time. I did not know Suzanne was an employee at the gym because she have never wore a Retro Fitness employee t shirt nor did she wore a name tag stating her name and tag stating retro fitness employee. has other trainees coming at a certain time so I thought she was doing her job there. She never wore no indication staying in that she works there nor worn a red shirt like the rest of the employees do their [censored] , since I’ve been coming there no name tag whatsoever that she belongs to your company, I found that at the end that she works there. Everything is on camera as she proceeded to follow me. I stop and asked her can you stop following me and give me my space, she clearly said no. The employee that work there at the time ask her can you stop following him and she reply no I want to see what he’s going to do. So as an employee put her hands up to stop her from following me, she directly made a full allegation in front of them, saying what you’re threatening me huh you want me to the cops huh? which i have my witness that I did not threaten her in anyway, or in any fashion, I did not raise my voice. I proceeded to keep walking with a retro fitness employee at the time didn’t remember her name but everything is on camera member at retro fitness, had to put her hands up and stop her from following me and she said no I’m not gonna stop following him. I want to see what he’s going to do one of her trainees that she train had to get in front of her and stop her from proceeding to follow me and constantly entice me over and over follow me as I was the one de escalate the situation by walking away, so she said she was going to write me up and make fools statements which are not true because I have witnesses that works to and heard every word of the disagreement between me and Suzanne Suzanne I known her for about three months I introduce her to my mother. We said good morning to each other every morning respectfully so this is not somebody I don’t know. I don’t know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decide to take it out on me, the words that she said yeah, threatening me I’m a call the cops I feel she said those words because you know how African-American blak male men are afraid of the cops ,so I figure she said that thinking it will Frating me? don’t know. She continuously tried and tried to entice me so she can get a response out of me. I don’t feel safe there. I don’t feel comfortable there, because of her untrue statements that she was saying, and on how she kept approaching me as you will see on camera and staff is trying to hold her back from approaching me, I said numerous of times to please back out of my space. With the false claims of me threatening and her calling the cops scared me to where I left the gym early didn’t complete my workout. I’m very nervous around her and I would like to see you guys are doing investigation and give her a pull up or a warning, a severe warning that what she did and how she handled the situation was very inappropriate. And what she did was very wrong and could put retro fitness at a potential lawsuit.
