I sent several letters about my complant to your Orland office and not heard back from anybody! Mt wife and I went to your Maple Road location in Amherest N.Y. for our anniversary Sept. 29th and had bad service! I spent over $100.00 and will not go back to a Red Lobster again! You ran out of your Blue Moon beer special. How do you do that! order mora than 1 keg! The waitress was slw and unattentive. Waited for over 5 minutes just to get a second cup of coffee.. There was no floor manager to be seen

How do you know they only ordered 1 keg? If it was on special, they must have had a great response and sold out. That is "how you do that". You complain you waited 5 minutes for a refill on coffee. Well, they probably had to brew more. Or, would you have preferred some hot water and folgers instant? BTW: I don't generally see a manager walking around, when I dine out. If you wanted to speak to a manager, you should have ASKED. You do NOT have a loss of $120.00! Don't even try that.
