Very unprofessional, gave me my change back wadded up in ball, not friendly, attitude when I gave her a coupon. Didn't give a straw for my iced coffee and didn't give me the cup of ice I asked for and the bottom of my iced coffee is full of coffee grounds! I tried to call after several rings no one answered. I definitely will not be returning to that location!
