This is the absolute WORST Tim Horton's ever. I have had a few very bad experiences here. Because it is right near my job, every once in awhile I try and give it another chance... but I will NO MORE.
Today, I went through the drive-thru and had to sit and wait. When I pulled up, there was NO response and I waited for someone to take my order. There had been a truck ahead of me that just drove up to the window. I waited for awhile and finally someone took my order. I specifically ordered a small vanilla cream cold brew WITH COLD FOAM.
I drove up to the window and had a gift card with a couple of dollars left on it. I was handed my drink... WITHOUT THE FOAM that I WAS CHARGED for. It seemed like an annoyance for the cashier to take my drink back to add the foam that I PAID FOR! Some other RUDE person came back after about 3 or 4 minutes of sitting and waiting AGAIN and she said in a very nasty tone that I still owe $4.10. I was like why? How much was left on the gift card? She said "I don't know... a few cents" in a very rude manner. That was a LIE. They never even ran my gift card. It still shows a balance of $2.17on the app... which is all that was on it. My gift card was NOT returned. When I received the drink from her, it was shoved at me and to be honest I was afraid to even drink it because the employee had such an attitude so I am not sure if they had done anything nasty to it and almost of half of it spilled in the car due to the lid NOT put on tightly and the drink leaked allover the inside of my vehicle.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. I paid cash, so I would like a gift card in the amount of $4.10 plus the gift card that I did not receive back, which was $2.17. So, a gift card in the amount of no less than $6.27.
