Good afternoon, I want to file a complaint about a room I was in. The location was 6608 Old Collamer rd., East Syracuse NY. I checked in to my room, after standing at the counter while the desk personnel sat in office for about 3-5 minutes. I was only one there. Proceeded to check in and head up to my room. Was woken up from a nap by a black bug crawling on my neck! Jumped up and it landed on my bed, I took a video on my phone and showed it to your employee. Then I proceeded to check out. Ended up finding another hotel about 6 miles away. The cost of that hotel was $62.15, I am requesting that your company reimburse me for this as the only reason I left was because of the issue in hotel room. I, nor anyone for that matter, should be expected to stay in that circumstance. I would appreciate if you would look into his and feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you Kevin Brainard

Stealing money off of my and my daughter card and she has never stayed there Unsafe / unsanitary room, lack of response, lies Hotel kept my money and the room was already paid for. rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping Fix this place.
