After no less than 5 attempts I have been trying to get Wegmans's pharmacy to call me when my script is ready. However, it's been absolutely impossible for that to happen. I'm starting to think that it's done purposely. All my information is on file and is correct and has always been . I cannot see why this problem is still occurring. My scripts have been put back on shelf because I have not picked them up because I didn't know that they were ready for me to pick up. I seriously need someone other than the store manager, pharmacy manager and any other store personnel to fix this issue. Thank you
