I just rented the movie Brides Made and i am very upset because it's all scratched, and keep skipping scenes. This is not the first time I rented a movie from redbox that this problem occurred and i like the company do something about to keep me as a customer. Most all the rental I've gotten are so scratched up, they skip. And not once but twice has it given me the wrong movie, so I've had to return n purchase the correct one, so annoying...
I dont understand why you would threaten to leave a movie RENTAL company due to an unplayable disk. No matter what rental company you are going to go to, people dont know how to take care of movies sometimes and return them or send them back and dont tell anyone, therefore they are put back into circulation. There are over 24, 000 kiosks across the united states, do you honestly think therecould be people that go through the machine every second of the day and look for unplayable movies? take the 5 minutes and make a call to the cust support group. They shouldnt have to bend over backwards to keep you as a customer, infact you should be thankful there is a cheaper way to have entertainment!
