The Salvation Army USA - Service

I was shopping in Ithaca NY store and they had a 90% off of books sale so when it rang up I asked why wasnt it 90% she tried to explain and wasn't clear so I asked for the manager. She started crying and stated to her employees I cussed her when all I asked for was the manager. I went to tale a picture of the sign but they quickly removed it. The lady treated me terrible I asked why she said I made the girl cry I insisted they pull the cameras that I never did such thing. I shop here 3 days a week and get treated like crap!

The Salvation Army USA - Donation center

I had a lot of high quality donations I wanted to provide to the Salvation Army. I arrived and was greeted by an employee that would not get up off her chair. As I started to walk in the donation she began to bark orders at me and was very rude to myself and my mother. She proceeded to bark orders at us telling us where to put things. I was shocked. I told her I will take my donations elsewhere because you were not even nice. She could have cared less. I have donated to plenty Salvation Army centers before and have never been treated like this. I can't imagine I'm the only person to complain about said employee. She is not a good representation of what you stand for and certainly should not be employed by the donation center. I tried to scoop up whatever donations I had already put in the bin and went to another donation center of the road who was much kinder. I am so appalled that an employee would treat anyone this way who is simply trying to I arrived and was greeted by an employee that would not get up off her chair.
