I go to this Burger King very often and I went last week ordered breakfast and the had forgotten my hashbrowns I ordered 2 and got 1. Then I went back a day later and they forgot my chicken nuggets now today I was ordering breakfast and their french toast was smushed and had 3 different prices for it. I told the person who took my order and he said nothing he closed the drive thru window. The 3pc French toast was priced at 1.00, 1.19 and 1.29 I paid 1.29 which I dont think was fair. Theres always an issue with the employees there and the manager considers with the employees everytime. They aren't friendly and dont correct mistakes. Only reason I still go is because it is in my path to go home and when I order its food for my kids. I have ordered there before and did 2 mobile orders and they held my card to verify that's the numbers to the card matched for the purchase but never asked me for id. So now when they see me I'm laughed at because I question why they was holding on to my card prior. This Burger King is horrible. They need a better trained staff with a manager that's more into his job I would have done a survey but didnt receive a receipt with a survey code
