The advertisement clearly states that burgers are 1/2 price after 5PM on Tuesday. Today, December 14, 2021 I ordered 2 burgers... only 1 was 1/2 price. I removed pickles, onions, ketchup from 1 burger, but no money was reduced from the price. I added tomatoes to the other burger and an upcharge of $.29 was charged. If you charge an upcharge for 1 slice of tomato surely you should reduce the burger that removes 3 items. I also ordered Rt.44 unsweetened iced tea with extra ice, and a Rt.44 Diet DP with easy ice. The tea came with NO ICE and the DP came with regular ice. I spoke with the manager about not getting both burgers 1/2 price. His response was that he could do NOTHING about the app orders. Why have app orders if they are incorrect?
Order # [protected]. Ticket # 731. Total bill $12.22. Please refund my money. This is false advertisement at the very least, and poor employee/management skills at best.
