I am sending this email because I am very dissatisfied with my order. The Dreaming of Tuscany was to be Luxury Grade and it looked like something I picked up already made at local grocery store. I am so very disappointed because for over $100.00 I expected for the recipient to be very pleased and even wowed by what she received but the arrangement was simple and nice definitely not Luxury Grade. I spoke with an agent who gave me ticket [protected] number and said she would contact the florist I never heard anything back. I attached a picture of the flowers and sent it to Avas Flowers Customer Complaint but I did not receive any response. I eventually spoke with someone who said the florist sent them a picture of the flowers and it met their expectations, I asked that the picture be sent to me and I never got the picture. I ended getting an email from Avas Flowers with the word "refund" in the subject and the amount was $8.63. I will never used them again and I would caution anyone else about using this company.
