I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday. Order # [protected]. I received a phone call at 5:40 est stating my order will be delivered on friday january 10, unexceptable after I paid for $24.95 service fee to be delivered on january 8 (birthdate). The customer service agent talked over me, which angered me more. People... Do not order from this company!
