NetFlorist Unreliable false advertising

On their website It states 4.4 rating.. first false advertising. Paid for an order on Tuesday to be delivered Friday. Friday evening I receive an email to state they have a delay delivery will be on Saturday 2 March... to date..4 March nothing has been delivered. The person birthday was yesterday so what is the point. I received no further communication than the one email, no updates I have emailed them. This is the second time they have not delivered on said delivery date however I have paid for something I did not receive. Unreliable, false marketing, and lack of communication.

NetFlorist Sorry Netflorist, but you were never sorry!

My first, and definitely only, experience with Netflorist has been deeply disappointing.

What was meant to be a thoughtful gesture for a loved one turned into a series of stressful and frustrating events.

The initial delivery was met with a notification that the gift had been delivered and signed for, which was not the case. The recipient, going through an emotionally tough time, never received the first delivery. Instead she got notifications that she has received AND SIGNED for a gift that she never got.

This misinformation caused not just confusion but also concern, as it was important for the gift to serve as a small beacon of joy in a time of sorrow. And on top of that, it was her birthday!

The customer service interactions added to the distress. I faced delays in response, had to repeat information multiple times, and the reassurances given were empty as the delivery never happened on the first day. Even after they were informed of the mistake and promised a resolution of a free gift and timely delivery the next day, the subsequent delivery was incomplete, lacking the gift that was promised as a apology as well as another item that was ordered.

Requesting a refund for the undelivered items led to a continuous loop of assurances without any concrete action, leaving me without the refund STILL, a month after this happened. This wasn't just a failed delivery; it was a failure in showing basic empathy and responsibility.

In the words of Netflorist, I quote: "As a gift delivery service we are entrusted with people’s expressions of love and we take it seriously. The last thing we want to do is ruin your experience with us. This is not the service we pride ourselves with and we promise that this error will never occur again.

The driver fulfilled the order in error, however, we have reinstated the order to be delivered today and added another box of chocolate as a gesture of apology."

The entire experience was horrific from start to end was not just about a ruined surprise, but also about the added emotional toll during an already difficult time.

I am shocked and horrified and horrified at your services.

NetFlorist Disgusting service

I tried doing an online order for my mum's birthday and to my horror, 2 days later they seem to still be having IT issues and cannot guarantee my voucher and cannot get Management to call me? What a disaster. I have wated more than 2 hours of my life on the phone with various consultants who do not care. They have not responded to my email and do not seem to understand what they are supposed to be doing ? I want all my call pulled out and need a formal email from them and a call from the owner of the company!

NetFlorist Poor service from netflorist

The worst place to order from, I ordered a Valentine's day gift to be delivered four days ahead which was the 10th of February, on Wednesday the 14th of February when the order should have taken place they had dispatched it to the wrong city, supposedly to be Gauteng it ended in PE, they apologized and confirmed it will definitely be delivered the 15th of February, and up to date the 16th of February 8pm it still have not been delivered. It’s a waste of money for poor service they promise to fix the problem but nothing gets done! Disappointing and disgusted with them and will never recommend them to help you to make someone feel special by delivering a gift because they will never receive it! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

NetFlorist Service and delivery

I placed an order to be delivered on 14 Feb which they did not deliver! I received no communication that the order would be delayed and could not be delivered on the day. Furthermore, I was charged twice for the order. I called the service line to get some assistance and the agent was extremely unhelpful. She said she could not help telephonically and I should send proof of payment to their WhatsApp line. She gave me some bogus number which I still have not received a response from and the profile picture does not look like it's actually Netflorist. What pathetic service and they have ruined Valentine's Day by not delivering my gift on time. why take on so many orders if they cannot fulfil the deliveries? Idiotic.

NetFlorist Netflorist

I placed an order on 11 February 24 scheduled to be delivered on valentine's day. Throughout the day I recieved no response on the delivery, I decided to call netflorist numerous times through out the day - waiting over 5 minutes for someone to answer, only to be told the order is out on delivery.

As I type this complainant, I have still revieved no order yet my money has been taken. Valentine's day is over yet no delivery has been made, yet being told by Netflorist employees it's out on delivery.

Im appalled by the service rendered by Netflorist. I will never use their service again.

NetFlorist No delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the fact that Iade an order on the 29 January 2024, for it to be delivered to my mum on Valentine's day only to be told by her that she has not received any item. The item still stays it at the warehouse right up until 17.29 however it said at 7.00 it is out for delivery. I am extremely disappointed. It is the first time I have experience this sort of poor service from netflourist. They ask for a delivery fee... For got know what reason when the item was not delivered at the stipulated date.

Desired outcome: To be compensated and be given an apology to the person the item is being delivered to.

NEVER USE NETFLORIST TO AVOID COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed and paid for an order on Sunday the 11th of Feb. R839.85. To be delivered Valentine's day. NetFlorist Doughnuts

On 6/12/23, I ordered 12 doughnuts for a client on a business account, even selected the 'business' option, to be delivered on Friday, 8/12/23. By 16:10 on Friday 8/12/23, they had still not been delivered so I cancelled the order, to be delivered on Monday. Delivery still took place at 16:50 on a Friday at a company when the entire team had gone home. I quote their excuse, "personalization of the box the machine was faulty and had to be fixed so the delay was caused by the printing". Since then, despite numerous emails backwards and forwards, they have now, on Saturday morning when the company is closed, offered to COLLECT THE 12 DOUGHNUTS FROM THE CLIENTS' OFFICES. This is ridiculous on too many levels to even mention. What I had hoped to be a nice silly season gesture for my client, has now left my company looking like utter idiots.

Claimed loss: R639.90

NetFlorist Still waiting for my refund

On 21 Sept I ordered a personalised note book for my sister. My brother-in-law had passed away and I wanted the note book to be delivered on 29 Sept, in time for the service, for attendees to write notes of encouragement, memories, etc for her.

She received a message stating that the item is out of stock, contacted me to inform me, and said that it would have been too late in any case as this was the Monday after the service.

I requested a refund on 3 Oct, and though they state that it takes up to 72 working hours, to date, I have received no refund.

NetFlorist Kids gown and bath set

Ordered for a birthday on 28 September. Was not delivered. Received email after saying it would be delivered 30/9. Still not received. Complained and called and sued WhatsApp line to track and got email to say it will be delivered today 3/10. Still no delivery and got email to say ticket is closed as issue is resolved. No answer on telephone. Looks like R1200 scam! Beware if netflorist

NetFlorist Netflorist is dishonest

So in May i ordered my mother a gift for mothers day and the same day placed an order for her birthday which was now on the 16th August. I do appreciate that they accepted my early order and that it was delivered however what really upset me was the fact that i received an email on the 16th advising me the cake that i paid for was out of stock and they have credited me with the money. No problem i then go back to their site on the same day they claim not to have that specific cake available only to find that it was indeed available, however the price has gone up a few rands. What i would have appreciated is being told the truth and maybe asked if it would still prefer that item, which i would have instead of being lied to.

Netflorist please get your act together this is not how you do business

NetFlorist Pathetic delivery

It is my first time ordering from netflirist and i will never recommend them to any of my peers and family members. I ordered on the 7th, promised to deliver on the 8th and its the 9th (8pm) and still no delivery! Its nice that i can get a refund, however, i am expected to understand that deluvery costs and floral arrangement costs will be deducted. What type of [censored] is that? Nothing got delivered - no flowers recieved! its a stupid illusion. Pathetic, sorry service. I was told that an agent will get back to me... im still waiting.

NetFlorist Faulty product delivered, they refuse to replace it

My hubby ordered me a gown from Netflorist in the beginning of June.

The embroidery was supposed to say Boss Mom, however the embroidery clearly says Bass Mam.

I have tried to request a replacement, but their reply is that clearly says Boss Mom. Now I am 100% sure that I can read and tell the difference between an "O" and an "A", but they just refuse to assist me.

Their dealing with a customer is totally unprofessional. If they are so certain that is says Boss Mom then they can collect it an resell it as it has never been worn, as who wears something that actually says nothing.

Desired outcome: I would appreciated it if the could collect their faulty gown and just rather give my husband a refund, I am not interested in doing business with them any more.

NetFlorist Floral arrangement delivered not as described and paid for online

My sister in law based in the uk bought flowers online for our mother in laws passing. What she bought online and what were delivered were not remotely similar.

She has attempted many social media posts and emails to complain directly to them but to no avail.

She has asked if perhaps I try from South Africa it could help?

Either way she’s very disappointed and upset and would like a full refund based on the principle of the matter.

I placed an order of flowers to be delivered to my late mother in law. I’m overseas and therefore rely on “reputable “ companies such as yourselves.

I used you many times whilst living in South Africa and am just saddened at what has happened.

I ordered a bunch to be delivered upon her death, attached order number, the description stated 23 stemmed yellow roses. Only 10 stemmed yellow roses were on the arrangement.

Not only was it disheartening, heartbreaking and disappointing- it was embarrassing as the arrangement was so “weak” .

I used to be a florist - this arrangement is unprofessionally made up.

I placed my order for my wife and first time mother for mothers day on the 12th may 2023 for delivery 14 may 2023. On the morning of the 14th I realised the phone number I placed the order with was forgotten at work on the 12 may 2023. I immediately made contact with the contact centre, and gave an alternative number, which was recorded so the delivery driver can call when outside. I read that delivery for packages on a sunday will be from 9am to 2 pm and made provision that I would be home and not visiting my family as it was after all mothers day.

At 12:45 I called the call centre again to ask if there was an eta for the driver to which the gentlemen says "I will check with the driver and call you right back" (which never happened) at 13:11 I recieved an email from netflorist stating that I recieved my parcel to which I never did and nor did I recieve a feedback from the call centre agent. Livid, I called the call centre again, this time I was told that the parcel was left with my niece which I dont have to begin with. I then stated that I want my package because I never recieved a call from the driver to prevent the package from being delievered at the wrong place and given to the wrong person (which cleary was the case here)

To top of this distasteful experience and incompetent service @ 13:29 call centre agent called me back and state driver collected the parcel and will deliver shortly. Which I tell her Ihope that happens. Now its 23:11 my entire day and its plan was wasted my wife experience a terrible first mothers day and Ipaid for a service the was never rendered. Now I want a written apology to my wife, a full refund for item order and delivery fee charged. Furthernote the after taste of this whole netflorist experience left will be something I will be airing on every social media platform and hello peter rating this the most putrid customer services ever rendered and ill never be using this company again... I want my money back in the next 24 hours if not than I wull be seeking legal advice to approach cusumer ombudsmen.

Disgusting service.

placed an order for two items on 07.08.2023 with Netflorist. I humbly requested them to deliver on 16.08.2023 since it was my birthday.

On Monday 14.08.2023 I called them and requested that they deliver as early as 09:00 as I had my other plan for my birthday. I even placed the message on their chat box

Come 16.08.2023 excited that I will get my gift. Tracked the order and only to find that only one item was released. I called them and I was told that the personalized teams were not available. Where do I feature in their logistic matters, its none of my business. I have given a week to prepare the order. I was offered/ bribed with complimentary gift for the outstanding item

The courier only called me at 14:00 for the delivery.

We changed the delivery address to home address. I was expecting to get my gift when I got home and it was never delivered.

I called them again and requested them to cancel the order as it was defeating the purpose of it being my birthday gift. I requested to speak to the manager Sihlwe and he didn't even bother to come to the phone.

They requested that they deliver all the two items plus the complimentary gift today 17.08.2023. I requested them to deliver before 09:00 am.

Today 09:00 they are not here and they don't even have the decency to call me. I called them and they say the courier will only come at 10:30. I very disappointed not interested in that gift anymore.

I just want my money and want it today. I am not at their mercy whatsoever

NetFlorist Flower delivery for birthday

I ordered flowers for a birthday on 3 May 2023 to be delivered on Saturday, 6 May - for flowers that were stated as nationwide. On the day of delivery, at 10:30 am I received an email to that was poorly written - I could barely understand what they were trying to state - to say that there were no red roses and I needed to choose an alternative before 11pm (they actually meant 11 am) in order for delivery to take place. I could not reach them after to arrange for alternatives as they did not answer. I proceeded to check "track my delivery"which does not even work on their website.

So I've paid for flowers that never got delivered for a birthday. I would like a full refund, and never want to use Netflorists services ever again. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Don't waste your time and money. They are useless!

This has happened more than once.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of my purchase. Immediately!
