Horrible Support
I have been trying repeatedly for weeks to have my account, which I've not used in 6-years, deleted. It's impossible!
There's no way to do it from my sendflowers account and everyone I've spoken to in customer service is completely clueless. They keep repeating the same canned response about logging into fromyouflowers.com, which makes no sense at all since my credentials don't work on that site.
SendFlowers does not allow users to remove/close their own account and they apparently have no technical expertise to do so themselves.
Recommendation: Stay away from this company. Your best bet is to find and directly contact a local florist wherever you're trying to have flowers sent. You'll get better quality flowers and much better service.

Order # 103527901modern orange roses bouquet
On 10/3/2023 I ordered flowers from this company for the FIRST time EVER to be delivered 10/4/2023. I wanted beautiful flowers for a dear friend of mine who is like a mother to me to be delivered to her home address in KC. She had undergone intensive surgery the last big one she needed and to brighten her spirits I wanted a beautiful fall bouquet, awaiting...

I purchased a "deluxe" bouquet and paid approximately $65 after applying a $5 online coupon and have NEVER been more disappointed in any floral purchase I have ever made.
The arrangement sent to my sister was a joke and looked NOTHING like the arrangement selected and paid for. I was beyond embarrassed because of how crappy it was. I could have bought a better arrangement at the grocery store for $20.
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND
Ruined order
Very Disappointed in this Company ! I ordered Pink Tulips for my Daughter’s 30th Birthday and was informed on day of delivery that a substitute in Flowers would be used because they had no Tulips - so asked for pink roses only to be informed that the delivery would not be until Monday ! And they would up grade flowers and do free delivery saying sorry ! Ready sorry so deliver flowers after the fact - day after Birthday and of course on my Daughter’s 30 th Birthday like I told them she has only one 30th - I told them to cancel order - Really !
Desired outcome: Canceled order🥵

Disappointing Experience with SendFlowers.com: A Review
I recently tried out sendflowers.com for my wife's 50th birthday and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. I had ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet of flowers online, with a mix of red and white roses and carnations, some pine and holly, and a ribbon. I even upgraded to the "premium" option for a bigger and better bouquet.
However, when the flowers arrived, I was shocked to see that they looked nothing like the pictures online. Instead of a romantic mix of red and white flowers, I received a small bouquet of all white roses, with a few red carnations, some baby's breath, and some greenery. The red vase and bow were the only things that looked similar to the online pictures. I was pretty upset that there were no red roses, no pine, no holly, and no white carnations, and the quantity of flowers looked more like the "budget" bouquet.
I contacted customer service using their automated email and while I did get a quick reply, it wasn't the response I was hoping for. They offered me a 30% discount on the order and an apology, but no offer to make it right or send a new bouquet. I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience and felt like I wasted my money.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend sendflowers.com if you're looking for something special. If you're okay with a basic bouquet that a 3rd grader could put together, then go for it. But if you want something that looks like the pictures online and is worth the money you're spending, I'd keep looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with From You Flowers LLC: A Warning to Others
I recently had an experience with From You Flowers LLC, also known as SendFlowers.com or FromYouFlowers.com, and it was not a good one. I wanted to surprise my mother on her 60th birthday with a Premium order of the "Hugging Bear Bouquet" for same day delivery. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned.
The day came and went, and my mother did not receive anything. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I called the company multiple times to inquire about my order. After several attempts, I finally got through to someone who told me that there must have been a problem with the florist and that they would talk to them the next day about the delivery. However, this was not good enough for me or my mother, who was upset that she did not receive her birthday surprise.
I eventually filed a dispute with PayPal and received a full refund. However, the fact that I was not able to surprise my mother on her special day still hurts. I wish I had read reviews about this company before placing my order, as it seems that many others have had similar experiences.
In conclusion, I would not recommend doing business with From You Flowers LLC. Their customer service was lacking, and I did not receive the same day delivery that I paid for. If you want to avoid disappointment and frustration, take your business elsewhere.
Avoid Sendflowers.com: Insensitive and Rude Customer Service During Grieving Period
I recently ordered flowers from sendflowers.com for my mother-in-law who had lost her father. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. I strongly advise against ordering from this website and please read on to find out why.
The only slightly positive thing about my experience was that the flowers arrived at my mother-in-law's address during the designated delivery time period. However, the next day, my mother-in-law was in the middle of grieving and making phone calls to relatives when either sendflowers.com or one of their contracted flower shops called her repeatedly (4+ times in a row) and left a voicemail. Can you believe that they were asking for her to return the flowers to them? The flowers that were sent to her in honor of her deceased father. I was shocked and appalled that a company could be so insensitive and rude. Why didn't they contact me, the person who filled out the order form, instead of bothering my grieving mother-in-law?
My mother-in-law called me in confusion and I was beyond embarrassed. I immediately called the customer service line and asked them what the problem was. The payment had gone through and the flowers had been successfully delivered the day before, so what was the issue? They blamed it on the local flower delivery shop that actually fulfilled the order, but refused to give me the local shop's contact information due to a "privacy policy". They claimed that they contacted the local flower shop that made the delivery and they said they "never contacted the recipient" (which was a lie). Sendflowers.com then proceeded to blame the phone calls and voicemail on someone trying to spam call my mother-in-law (who would spam call for a flower return? It's ridiculous!).
To make matters worse, they refused to refund me any money because they claimed that spam calls were not their problem. Clearly, it was not a spam call and was some kind of mistake on their end. I assume it was a miscommunication between them and the local flower shop that they contract with. Even if they did refund me, the embarrassment and hurt they have caused my poor mother-in-law and my family doesn't even have a price worth fixing.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using sendflowers.com for any occasion. Their customer service is terrible and they have caused unnecessary pain and embarrassment during a time of grieving.
SendFlowers Review: Total Scam and Disappointment - Don't Waste Your Money!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SendFlowers. I had placed an order for a birthday gift three days in advance, spending almost $100.00, which I thought was a bit expensive, but I trusted this company. However, the day before the delivery, I received an email stating that the florist could not deliver because the recipient's address was too rural, which was ridiculous because it was in Puyallup. They then suggested that I call them and have a different arrangement sent via UPS, with the option of roses. I declined and asked for the arrangement I had picked to be sent to my address instead. After being on hold for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to deliver the flowers to me.
Today, on the day of delivery, I received another email at around 5 pm stating that the arrangement I had ordered was out of stock, but they could find a replacement. However, I needed to contact them directly. I was furious! What if I had not checked my email? I called them back, and after another 20 minutes on hold, I requested a full refund to my credit card. My family member did not receive her flowers on her special day, which was very disappointing.
My advice to anyone looking to send flowers is to call a local florist and see what your options are because these third-party flower delivery sellers are just awful and overpriced. I suspect that SendFlowers puts "beautiful arrangements" on their website and then pretends the item is out of stock or there is a delivery issue so they can send a cheap replacement and pocket the money. They would not even tell me which local florist they sent my order to, which is how I know it is all BS. They probably make their own arrangements from cheap, low-quality flowers and send them out. I find it odd that almost every review on here states that the item could not be delivered or it was not available, so other "options" can be ordered.
In conclusion, SendFlowers is a total scam, and they should be reported to the BBB. I hope they go out of business and stop ripping off people and ruining special occasions.
SendFlowers Review: Disappointing Experience with Misleading Promotions and Incorrect Delivery
I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers from SendFlowers for my sister who had lost her spouse. The website had a code listed that gave me $12 off and included same day shipping, a small teddy bear for her son, and a balloon that said "Thinking of you." The total price came to $70.98, which I thought was a great deal. The flowers were beautiful and included her favorite colors of red roses and white lilies in a red vase.
However, when I went to process the payment, I was unable to use the code because it was no longer valid and same day shipping was no longer an option. I was frustrated and in a hurry to get this done, so I proceeded with a different code that gave me $6 off and shipping for the next day. After tax and delivery charges, the total price came to over $99.38, which was much more than I had anticipated.
To make matters worse, hours later I received an email and a phone call saying that the order could not be delivered because they could not find a florist in the area. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would upgrade the bouquet of flowers due to this. I placed the order around 12:30pm on a Friday, so I was surprised that they couldn't find a florist at that time of day.
The flowers were delivered past the scheduled day, and my sister did not receive the balloon or teddy bear that I had ordered. To make matters worse, the flowers were not even close to the same flowers that I had ordered. I was extremely disappointed and upset that the company did not provide what I had ordered or even contact me to let me know that they couldn't fulfill my order.
This was a very important occasion for my sister, and I wanted to order her favorite flowers and get a teddy bear and balloons to comfort my nephew. Instead, I feel like the company just wanted to make their money with little consideration for what I had ordered. I will never shop here again, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Beware of SendFlowers: Unreliable and Not Worth Your Money!
Not good. Be careful when ordering from SendFlowers! According to my local florist, these guys are known as "order gatherers". Most local florists won't accept orders from these sites because they can never meet the customer's expectations, and then the florist gets blamed!
Here's how it goes down. You go online and pick out an arrangement that you like. You schedule delivery and pay for it. Then, someone in another part of the world gets your order, Googles flower delivery for your zip code, and starts calling local florists to order a SIMILAR arrangement. In other words, you won't get what you asked for. It won't come in the same vase, and it likely won't even contain the same flowers or colors. The problem here is that florists have caught on to this and don't accept these orders from third parties. They know that when they deliver an arrangement, it won't look like what someone ordered, and they'll get the blame for it. NOW the website has your money and can't find anyone to deliver! They didn't even bother to let me know that they couldn't find a florist! I called them 6 times on the day of delivery to find out an estimated time of arrival so that I'd have somewhat of an idea in case I had to leave for a few minutes. Every time I called, I had to hold forever, and when I finally spoke with someone, it was a person with a thick Indian accent who gave me the same script "Your order is scheduled to be delivered today between the hours of 9-5pm. Rest assured your order will be delivered as promised". They would never tell me the name of the "florist" they had used. My guess is because they couldn't find one.
Do yourself a favor and deal locally with a reputable florist. You'll save yourself some money, time, and headache. Using SendFlowers left me frantically searching for a Mother's Day arrangement the day before Mother's Day. Luckily, my local florist had some left, but it wasn't what I was looking for, and I had to take what I could get. Fortunately, I used Amazon Pay and got my refund back the same day after reporting that it didn't arrive.
In conclusion, don't waste your time and money with SendFlowers. They are unreliable and will not deliver what you ordered. Stick with a local florist that you can trust.
Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with SendFlowers.com
I recently ordered flowers for my in-law who is feeling under the weather and I wanted to brighten up her day. I placed an order with SendFlowers (sendflowers.com) to have the flowers delivered to her condo. I informed her that the flowers would arrive on a Monday, but to my dismay, I received an email that day stating that there was a delay and they would arrive the next day. I had to inform her of the delay, which was quite disappointing. The following day, I received another email stating that there was yet another delay. I was embarrassed to have to tell her again about the delay.
On the third day, I received a call from SendFlowers stating that they were unable to find a florist in her area and that they would have to send the flowers via UPS. This caused yet another delay! I regretted telling her that the flowers were coming, but since she lives in a condo building with no reception area, I wanted to make sure she knew they were coming. Finally, after three delays, the flowers were delivered, but to the wrong building! Luckily, the unintended recipient of the flowers called her (the phone number was apparently listed on the address label) to inform her, and she had to go to the other building in her complex to retrieve the flowers.
My in-law has cancer and complications from Covid, and this was the worst way to attempt to wish her well! When I called to complain, they only offered a $20 gift certificate toward my "next" order! Why would I ever order again after this embarrassing experience?
It seems that this company has to rely on finding a florist in the delivery area to fulfill the orders, and my guess is that they have trouble in some areas, especially to match the price they want to pay in order to fatten their own profits. This is why you can't depend on them, in the first place, to deliver at all, and in the second place, to deliver what you ordered. Hence, there are so many complaints about different arrangements from what was ordered. I have no idea if my order was even close to what she received, as I was too embarrassed at that point to ask her!
In conclusion, I DO NOT recommend this company. It is best to call a local florist in the area to deliver a quality arrangement, as I'm not sure that any ".com" internet orders are reliable.
SendFlowers.com Review: Terrible Experience with Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
This website called SendFlowers (sendflowers.com) is not the best option for ordering flowers. I stumbled upon it while searching for flower delivery options for a friend/co-worker in Texas. I have ordered flowers many times before (as I often do through my hospice profession) and this website looked like a good option. However, I was wrong and wish I had read reviews first. The flowers were meant to express sympathy for a bereaved and broken heart, which I consider a time-sensitive situation. They were supposed to be delivered on July 12th, but I received an email saying they would be delivered on July 13th. It was not the end of the world, but I was concerned when I did not receive any confirmation or receipt of the delivery by July 15th. I called customer service on the morning of July 15th, but they had no information about whether the flowers were delivered or not. They promised to call or email me to confirm, but I heard nothing back. I called again the next morning, July 16th, and still had no information about the delivery. I emailed their customer service to complain, but I was met with multiple back and forth emails that did not address the issue. Finally, I was told that they still could not deliver the flowers even today, 5 DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE. I immediately asked for a refund because I could not trust that the delivery would ever go through. They promised to refund me in 1-3 days, but I am very saddened that my recipient will never receive the flowers she was supposed to get 5 days ago. The timing is now so delayed that it would be odd to receive them at this point. They did offer to call the recipient and apologize for the delay, but that would not make sense because it was intended to be a surprise sympathy bouquet. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend using this company.
Terrible Experience with SendFlowers: Incorrect Substitutions and Cheap Bouquets
I talked to these people a bunch of times and they kept saying they were gonna do a 20% refund then a 30% refund and a gift card for $15. I told them no. Finally, they said they would like to redeliver the flowers and have the correct ones sent or something similar to them. The last substitute looked nothing like what I ordered. Mind you this was 3 days after the last time I talked to them and they said they wanna resend. So I got the email that said the florist doesn't have the items and they are gonna substitute again. I got on with them right away and told them not to even bother just give me a 100% refund because I don't want the same little kid cheap arrangement they sent her last time. So they said ok and said they will refund me. Not even 10 minutes later I get a FaceTime call from my niece telling me she just got more flowers. She turned the phone to show me and I am livid. These look SO CHEAP! This time there is another color other than white and yellow in it but there is nothing else with the flowers my order had a cup with a bee on it and little bees throughout the arrangement. The one they sent originally had a stuffed animal in it which I didn't want at all. This one they sent this time looks like something you would buy in a grocery store and just throw in a random vase. How on earth do they think this is anywhere close to an $80 bouquet of flowers. I WILL NEVER use this company again. It has been a week since my first purchase and this is what they think is a good comparison to the original ordered. I'll attach pics of original ordered, one sent first and then the one they sent today. It's ridiculous. It would of cost me less money to google a local flower shop in her area and just order from them. I just can't believe this company runs like this. I wish I would have looked up reviews other than the obviously made up ones on their website because I would have never ordered from them. I mean seriously if I am wrong please let me know when you see the pictures. I think I have a very valid complaint with the flowers looking nothing like what it ordered. I just wanted some color to make her smile.
I was really excited to use SendFlowers to send a bouquet to my niece. I had heard good things about them and their website looked really professional. However, my experience with them was far from good. I had to talk to their customer service team multiple times because the flowers they sent were not what I had ordered. At first, they offered me a 20% refund, then a 30% refund, and a gift card for $15. I wasn't satisfied with that, so they said they would redeliver the flowers and make sure they were correct. But when the substitute arrived, it looked nothing like what I had ordered. I was really disappointed, especially since it was three days after they said they would resend the flowers.
I got an email saying that the florist didn't have the items and they were going to substitute again. I immediately got on the phone with them and told them not to bother and just give me a 100% refund. I didn't want the same cheap arrangement they had sent before. They agreed to refund me, but not even 10 minutes later, my niece called me on FaceTime to show me that she had received more flowers. I was furious when I saw them. They looked so cheap and nothing like what I had ordered. My original order had a cup with a bee on it and little bees throughout the arrangement. The first substitute had a stuffed animal in it, which I didn't want. This new one they sent looked like something you would buy in a grocery store and just throw in a random vase. How could they think this was anywhere close to an $80 bouquet of flowers?
I will never use SendFlowers again. It has been a week since my first purchase and this is what they think is a good comparison to the original order. I attached pictures of the original order, the first substitute, and the one they sent today. It's ridiculous. It would have cost me less money to Google a local flower shop in her area and just order from them. I just can't believe this company runs like this. I wish I had looked up reviews other than the obviously made-up ones on their website because I would have never ordered from them. I think I have a very valid complaint with the flowers looking nothing like what I ordered. I just wanted some color to make her smile.
Terrible Experience with SendFlowers: Late Delivery, Rude Customer Service, and Wrong Order
I gotta say, my experience with SendFlowers was a real doozy. I was looking to surprise my wife with some flowers, and I thought I hit the jackpot when I saw that they offered same day delivery. But boy, was I wrong.
First off, the flowers didn't even arrive on the day that I specified. I was pretty upset about that, so I decided to give their customer service a call. The rep I spoke to, Petal, was just plain rude. She kept insisting that I didn't put my wife's name down as the recipient, even though I knew for a fact that I did. It was like talking to a brick wall.
After going back and forth with Petal for what felt like an eternity, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. That's when I got Rej on the line. She promised me a 50% refund, which was the only thing that they did right. But even then, I had to make sure that my wife's name was spelled correctly and that she was listed as the recipient. I mean, how hard is it to get that right?
Well, apparently it was pretty hard for them. When the flowers finally did arrive, my wife was creeped out by the delivery guy. He didn't even identify himself at first, and then he called her the wrong name. It was a real mess. And to top it all off, the flowers themselves looked nothing like what I had ordered on their website.
I used to order from 1-800-Flowers, but I thought I'd give SendFlowers a try because of their same day delivery. But man, was that a mistake. I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience with a company before. It makes me wonder if they even care about their customers at all.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend SendFlowers to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different company.
Floral arrangements (2) that I ordered to be delivered for Mother’s Day.
I went to the Sendflowers.com website and ordered 2 “designer’s choice” floral arrangements to be delivered to my mother and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. I was horrified when I went to visit my mother in the nursing home and saw the flowers that were delivered! It was the saddest, less than a handful of flowers I had ever seen. They were delivered in paper rather than in a glass vase which I had paid extra for. I reached out to my sister-in-law and inquired about the second arrangement and discovered that the second arrangement was delivered in a vase, but the flowers were not much better. I contacted Sendflowers.com to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the first arrangement, requesting a replacement bouquet to be delivered. I received an email from them, telling me that the would credit me just over $13. Big deal! What a disappointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to send flowers.
Desired outcome: Complete refund
Flowers never delivered, awful customer support experience
I ordered flowers for my best friend who lives 800+ miles away for mother’s day, paid extra for weekend delivery, and they never arrived despite receiving an e-mail that they had. I went back and forth with chat and e-mail for hours first about the fact that i hadn’t received an update in status nearing or after the 6:00 delivery cutoff, and then that it said delivered and it hadn’t been delivered. I received the same copied and pasted scripted responses from four separate chat and email CS reps, apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to reach out to me via e-mail once the delivering florist responded to them. When I say hours, I mean hours. I finally called the phone number on the website and was on hold for 12 minutes before speaking to a real live human. I was put on hold for another 5 minutes only to be told that it was after hours and they wouldn’t be able to call the florist until tomorrow. I had to argue with the person on the phone to cancel the order and give me back my money. They kept pushing a partial refund on a gift card, we went in circles with me demanding my money back for two to three full minutes. They put me on hold for another three minutes to get approval from their supervisor and then came back to inform me they would cancel the order. This should never have been this difficult. If you cannot meet the demand, do not make the promise. And when someone asks for their money back, refund it. Don’t offer partial refunds on gift cards for your company that has already let us down. I will never use this company again and I encourage others to spend a little more and use a reliable company.
Calla Lilies
I purchased a beautiful calla lily arrangement for my daughter in law’s birthday. They sent her a less expensive flower arrangement that was monstrous and not at all what I was looking for. I wanted calla Lily arrange my that was simple and elegant. So not only was this less expensive but the opposite of what I wanted. I called and told them to send the correct aero and they offered 20% refund. I told them I didn’t want a refund unless it was a full refund and to resend the correct arrangements. They sent calls Lillie’s this time but still not the arrangements I ordered. It was again the total opposite.
Desired outcome: All I want is the actual arrangements I ordered!!!
Flower Delivery
I ordered flowers for my wife - same day delivery, paid extra, the whole nine yards. Just like everyone else, nothing was delivered. I shot them an email - to which they responded really quickly - and they assured me that the flowers were delivered but had to confirm with the florist.
You can't assure me they were delivered if you still have to confirm with the florist...
I asked what I needed to do to make sure flowers got delivered within the next 24 hours. They told me they were looking into the flower delivery. In other words, neither I nor they were going to do anything in the next 24 hours.
They can keep my money, I should've checked reviews first, this one is totally on me. I'll stick with FTD.
Desired outcome: I just want more people to know sendflowers.com is awful.
Flowers
I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s funeral. I made sure to do the live chat before placing the order and was insured that there would be no issues with the flowers arriving before the funeral as funeral orders take top priority. I messaged before it started when I noticed it hadn’t been delivered and was told they were contacting the local florist and would contact me when it was delivered, but that does me absolutely no good when the funeral is about to start. I message again after the funeral when we are driving to the burial and confirm that no flowers were delivered and now the funeral is over and I want a refund. This was on 2/20/23 and so far no refund as they promised. The pic shows them responding 3 hours and 22 minutes AFTER the funeral.
Desired outcome: Refund
Delayed and incorrect order
I wanted to get my wife flowers for Valentine's day. I ordered them on 5th of February. I thought by being proactive I'd get them in plenty of time.
In one of the 30 or so marketing emails I recieved from Sendflowers.com, the original email said that the window of delivery was 9AM to 5PM. I received an email stating the flowers were delivered at 5:45PM, but that was not the case. At 6:45PM they finally arrived.
But what I received as compared to what I ordered were completely different. The flowers I received were from a Randalls delivery person. There were a hodge podge of left over flowers, some were in bad condition. There were flowers I didn't even order. They were in a black bucket that would find at a shopping store florist department.
The balloon I received said Happy Galentine's day.
There was a wrapped flower that said Season's Greetings. Wow, in February.
So, in short, I paid $82 to get the dregs of what was left from a Randalls.
I cannot get through to customer service so I went through my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Desired outcome: I want a refund. And someone needs to revamp quality control to make sure the others customers get what they ordered in the timeframe it was expected. If there's a problem, call me instead of trying to cover it up like I won't notice.
Rip off
On the day after my husband's flowers were supposed to be delivered, the Florist called my husband (NOT ME) and told him they didn't have what was ordered and could make something with other flowers if he still wanted it. My husband told them not to bring anything if it is not what was ordered. Besides, being a day late, they called the recipient NOT the person that placed the order and they aren't able to fulfill the order. My husband's birthday was the day before when the flowers were scheduled for delivery and I paid extra for early delivery. If I wanted something else, I would have ordered it. When I called the day they were scheduled for after 5:00 I spoke to someone I couldn't understand and they just kept saying sorry. Yeah, me too! You live and learn! They pulled the same @* last year and I should have learned my lesson then, but gave it another shot. 1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me, THERE IS NO 3rd TIME!
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND
