On 10/3/2023 I ordered flowers from this company for the FIRST time EVER to be delivered 10/4/2023. I wanted beautiful flowers for a dear friend of mine who is like a mother to me to be delivered to her home address in KC. She had undergone intensive surgery the last big one she needed and to brighten her spirits I wanted a beautiful fall bouquet, awaiting her at her home. I picked the “MODERN ORANGE ROSES BOUQUET” you guys had for $59.99 with a get well balloon and same day delivery to be sure it would be there on the 4th which it was. Unfortunately to my surprise the picture she sent me thanking me for her floweres was nothing and I mean NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE. After spending $81.67 I expected a full bouquet of flowers not a full bouquet of LEAVES! A huge smack to my face for going with this company instead of the last one (pro flowers) which delivered for her last surgery back in July. I had delivered a day before arriving in KC to see her which in fact looked like the pictures. You guys how ever! Did not do as the other company she received 2–3 of the big orange roses if THAT! and what I could count 7 pink carnations with 60 % of the rest being decorative leaves..this bouquet didn’t even live up to its name, I know for a fact I didn’t choose this design off your pictures for leaves I chose it for the what I counted 5 different flowers two different types and sizes of roses with the pink looking daisies and the red or pink carnations with the understanding that If you were out of something you guys would make the proper substitute.. when have anyone chose leaves over Roses LET ALONE leaves over flowers!?the picture she sent me and the picture from my email confirmation looks nothing alike I will not use this company next month for my mother’s birthday or ever again in that matter! False advertising and stealing to me is neck and neck. Spending hard earned money for those you love when they are in a bad mental space just to be played is disgusting to me!

Desired outcome: I need to be compensated for the roses and daisies she did not receive because that picture looked like what I can get from Kroger or Publix for 10-15 tops it wasn’t at all worth 59.99 or the 81 I spent!
