Absolute disgrace
Ordered flowers as a gift for staff, only for them to receive a substandard bouquet. When contacting customer services with picture attached. Was informed they were of a 'a good quality'. I would hate to see 'of poor quality' they were nothing like the picture and all leaves and no foliage. Hence to say won't be using them again. I would have got better quality from a supermarket at half the price. £25.00 plus postage.
Recommendation: don't waste your money
Disappointing Experience with Prestige Flowers
As an expert in the category of the reviewed business, I must express my disappointment with Prestige Flowers. I recently had a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience with Prestige Flowers that has left me with no desire to ever order from them again. I had ordered a bouquet a whole 8 days in advance, hoping to ensure timely delivery for a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. The flowers were posted last thing in the day, meaning they arrived a day later than expected. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering well in advance to ensure the flowers arrived on time for the occasion. When I reached out to express my disappointment and frustration, the customer service responses were robotic and lacking any genuine concern. It felt like I was interacting with automated responses that were more interested in quoting company terms rather than addressing my concerns. To add insult to injury, I was also paying for their annual delivery charge, which only made me feel like a worthless customer. The lack of empathy and genuine customer service, combined with the delay in delivery, has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to spend money on a service that not only fails to meet expectations but also treats customers as if they are expendable. In light of this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to stay away from Prestige Flowers. There are plenty of other florists out there who value their customers and provide a much more satisfactory experience. I, for one, will not be returning to Prestige Flowers and would caution others against making the same mistake.
Paid for next day service- delivered late
Paid for next day service.
Delivered late, no refund.
Their response- read the small print in the T&C that for Scotland it can be late. It was Inverness, not some tiny island.
People decide on a date for a reason and are happy to pay for it... if they cannot deliver the service, they should leave it to companies that can.
In summary- probably fine, if you don't need a guaranteed date. I won't use them again

Irresponsible.
Bought flowers for sisters birthday with a congratulating message.
The flowers arrived but the message card was empty, while I sprcifically checked the option of "message" delivery as well. Now I jad to tell my sister myself that the flowers were from her family, which kinda destroys a mood of gifting flowers. When I wrote to the companu, they said something along the lines of "this is a done deal. Sorry cant help you bye". I am not going to fight over half a dollar but you get the point of how they look at their customers.
Appalling Customer Service
I ordered flowers for a friend following a recent family bereavement. The flowers arrived on time, but the message I wrote for the card was not included so my friend had no idea who the flowers were from. She called them to ask but they couldn't tell her due to privacy. I did receive an email from Prestige and told them to advise her.
I asked why my card wasn't included and they told me I hadn't written a card, which I explained I had and why would I send an anonymous bouquet at such an emotional time for my friend.
They showed no empathy at all and offered 50 pence refund for the card. They did offer ?5 credit for future order but only for 6 months. I explained I prefer the refund in cash as I may not order flowers in the next six months, but basically it was tough you're get nothing. Also you can get a discount code for ?5 off an order so they were offering nothing really.
I found the email chat from Mohammed was rude and he gave no apology.
I would not use Prestige again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Bad Customer Service from someone who doesn't care, not a good advert for the company.
Nice
Nice flowers and the delivery was quite good not so much but satisfied me I ordered twice and both time they do good job
Flowers
First time ordering from you. Ordering was easy, nice selection, delivery good. Flowers arrived lovely and fresh. My sister was pleased with them. Will order from you again.
Prompt delivery
I was sceptical when it reached nearly 6pm for my next day delivery flowers but sure enough they appeared with Royal Mail. The flowers are beautiful although the bunch is a little small for the cost

Flowers and card not delivered
order number 7982947 I am profoundly dissatisfied with the service from Prestige Flowers regarding my order placed on Wednesday, May 15th, for delivery on Friday, May 17th. This order was meant to celebrate my partner's birthday, a significant milestone given her severe health issues over the past year. Despite confirming the correct delivery address with...

Ordered for mothers day. Huge disappointment
Ordered for mothers day. Packaging and presentation well however quality of ?50.00 bouquet of flowers was poor. The quantity of the bunch was no where near worth ?50.00. Very small amount of flowers for the price and they had all wilted by Tuesday despite following the advised care so now put into bin.
I thought i would have got a decent, well put together arrangement of flowers however it was the complete opposite.
I have brought better flowers from the supermarkets which lasted 2-3 weeks.
I will go back to the supermarkets from now on as this was a massive disappointment for my mother and myself as I ordered them thinking it was going to be money well spent.
Guys I would not waste my money on prestige flowers they are not worth it what so ever. Take my advice and buy from somewhere else.
Following my review, prestige flowers replied. They requested photos however unable 2 forward any as none was taken due to the poor quality hence was not excited to take photos. As i stated previously flowers put into bin 2 days after delivery.
Customer services stated they will send me another bunch!
Surly companies give you an option as to wether you would prefer a refund or another delivery?
Well I await this delivery and will be taking photos of this bunch for sure.
?50.00 is a lot of money to throw away when unsatisfied with your order.
Prestige flowers state due to the government/corona virus, can send flowers for delivery 1st may as Dpd unable 2 deliver.
Can't understand this as I see numerous dpd on my street delivering still so very strange.
This company is a dodgy one and they know there flowers are poor quality hence why never provide a refund unless u take radical action.
As they would be providing refunds regularly 24/7.
When and if I do receive this 2nd bouquet of flowers If small amount, limp, mouldy I will take action and report to trading standards as this is taking the biscuit with us all 100%.
Won't ever order from these ever again.
I honestly don't believe anyone that gives a good review at all.
Probably related to the company or work colleagues plus all the 1 star reviews the company replys the same repeated thing. Email them with reference number and they will sort it out! More like email a load of rubbish avoiding a refund.
To date it is now the 1st of may 2020 and expecting this so called replacement bouquet of flowers which was appalling on mothers day.
I have not received any communication from prestige flowers regarding this delivery.
I emailed them enquiring about this.
I have not received a reply as yet.
I guarantee I will not receive this and will take this incident further.
Its now 2nd may 2020 no reply received from these people despite contacting them three times during yesterday.
Do not order from these nasty scam artists unless you want to be disappointed.
I honestly do not believe these good reviews.
Very hard to believe.
As these pe?ple wouldn't behave this way if they treated there customers properly.
What goes around comes around and each and every one of these scam artists will get what they deserve.
AVOID, AVOID.
Flowers delivery
I ordered flowers for my stepmother's birthday. Obviously her birthday is only one day per year, so it is important they arrive on that day. The Prestige Flowers website says 'Next Day Delivery', and when you checkout you choose the day you would like flowers to be delivered. What it should say is 'Next Day Delivery, But if you check our T&C's, this might...

Flower delivery
I spent nearly £100 on two bouquets for Christmas (ordered Dec 11th 2023) for different people. One was nice but the other was terrible. There were only about 8 flowers and three of them had broken stems. The rest of the bouquet was a mess of leaves. They were also delivered two days early. I provided photographs which they (apparently) sent to their florist manager then they got back to me to say the quality of the flowers was good. I asked them to look at the photos again and their reply was 'the quality of the photos isn't good enough to decide on the flower quality. Well, the very same photo's were good enough for them to initially decide the flowers were ok? (photo's included. 3rd picture is what they were supposed to look like)
She offered me a £10 voucher which is useless because I won't use them again.
I have asked for either a new bouquet to be sent or a 50% cash refund or I will escalate the complaint. I await their latest response.
Claimed loss: £44
Desired outcome: New bouquet to be sent or 50% refund- NOT a voucher.

Not arrived
I have send flowers for arrival of my granddaughter, first time it took three days in transit and was dead flowers so they apologise and said we will resend new ones on Thursday and its Sunday and we still haven't received them and in this heat what kind flowers we are going to receive four days in transit this time . Prestige flower's say is not our fault and they don't want to Reimburse me I just Wasted £45 of my money . I'm very disappointed the way you looked after your customer's satisfaction. Especially this time that it was a special occasion my granddaughter's birth and you have embarrassed me beyond repair .
Date of experience: 18 June 2023
Desired outcome: To be reimburse
Late delivery of dead flowers
Ordered large bouquet of Stocks for my Son & Daughter in laws Anniversary on 10th June 2023. Order was accepted but in a big mistake I paid on my debit card instead of Credit card. Not that it would have made any difference.
No delivery on 10th so on Sunday 11th June tried emailing Prestige to get standard reply, not their fault probably trouble with Courier. Royal Mai says it all!
Traced delivery to Chelmsford when addressed to Colchester! No reason from Prestige just more excuses! I asked for a refund or fresh live blooms to be sent. This was ignored! On Monday 12th June blooms arrived dead & dying smelly nasty! Again my emails were ignored by Prestige! They were sent photos of the dead & dying blooms also ignored!
So I did as I told them I would do & spread this disgusting treatment over Social Media etc to try to help others from making same mistake & trusting this cheating company who take money & either do not deliver or ignore complaints!
A couple of years ago an order was sent to Southend before finally arriving in Clacton! Another order a few weeks ago was delivered to a wrong house in the road intended! thanks to the photo of the door delivery my son managed to trace flowers but Prestige again ignored my complaint!
Will never use or recommend this company again! Hopefully they will lose all their business very soon!
Desired outcome: To warn anyone else from being conned by this company
Flowers for the coronation and coronation cake memorabilia
I made a typo error on the order of BF0, instead of B50. The rest of the address was there, if the person who's job it was to 'deliver' the goods had used google and typed in the house name, number, street and town, I am sure they could have easily seen that a typo had been made, rather than not bothering to deliver it, which is exactly what happened. Also Postcodes in the UK as a standard format to help your customer, as a typo is very common, Prestige system should also recognise when a letter has been entered instead of a number and alert you customers. And telling me to complain to Royal mail - is an absolute nonsense, I did not pay Royal mail - I paid Prestige Flowers. Who on earth is going to take my complaint in Royal Mail and do what with it - they don't have flowers to re-send. All I can say is that a £15 refund on an order of £37 for flowers, I feel like I have been fleeced of £22, this is an absolutely disgusting service. There was no attempt to make the delivery in the first place, as apparently drivers at unable to use google, even though they need access to the internet to receive orders and get there, secondly telling me to complain to Royal Mail, when I paid Prestige and it is you that has a contract with Royal Mail not me, and then a tiny refund and my flowers never delivered. Day light robbery and no attempt to help your customer. Awful awful service, that is the last time that I will use this company. And lastly I could not review the order in full before I made the purchase – so are you surprised that there was an error – have you ever heard of human error?
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund. I now have missed the coronation date and cannot re-order the same flowers and cake as the event has passed.
Flowers
What was received did not look like the picture advertised. They looked scraggly, heads had fallen off. I sent a picture of both, clearly not looking the same. Was purchased for my wife for our Wedding anniversary. Really disappointing. The complaint response was - no they look good and of good quality, this is a joke if you could see them. They offer a £10 credit to buy more flowers that is useless to me. Will not use them again
Desired outcome: Refund
Flower delivery
I ordered mother's day flowers (roses and lilies) for my mum and mother in law and was so disappointed when I saw what they received. The bouquets were pathetically small (I ordered the medium size), the roses were nearly dead and drooping even though the policies hadn't even started to open. Customer service was terrible - when I complained they just offered 10% off my next order - not much use when I would never order from them again. Both deliveries were also late despite being placed within the required timeframe
Late delivery and no refund
Paid for next day delivery. Email says they will be delivered 3 days late. They were for an occasion which I assume is standard for the type of product. I have requested they cancel the order and they are refusing. Apparently they have already been despatched which means they will be in transit for another 3 days. God knows what condition they will come in.
"JOHN.B" needs some serious training in customer service.

Prestige flowers state of flowers and wrong flowers
I had flowers delivered 21/12 for a Christmas gift for a dear friend down South. On Christmas day she told me the flowers had died and sent me a picture which showed dead red flowers - I ordered a white bouquet! I have also sent a message via their facebook and no reply. I paid £32.00After many emails and no replies I used the online chat [bot] useless kept giving me new receipt ticket numbers! Their phone number a waste of time - keeps saying their opening hours and then says not available [ 10 calls so far!] I wish to have a refund immediately as I would not trust the state of replacement flowers - very upset as this was a gift! My flowers were paid by me online my address 33,Cheverton Avenue Withernsea HU192HW [ Barbara Ann Edmonds] and the friend they were sent to is Karen Jones 10,Dewpond walk, Basingstoke Hampshire. My friend sent the requested photo of the dead flowers to Prestige Flowers and no reply. Dreadful service - refund please.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund
Flowers were not delivered to my mum for Christmas
Due the strike by the post office my mum did not get her flowers which cost us £46 they could not get delivered to the sorting office that what the tracking said I let you know and ask for my money back but I just didn’t get a answer all I got was your bots who don’t understand so I would like my money back and a sorry with it as you knew about the strike and should have sorted something out
Desired outcome: Money back
Flower delivery not received
I chose Prestige to send a bouquet to a poorly relative last Monday 12th Dec, paying for next day delivery, and also after checking they used 3rd party couriers due to the UK postal strike, however my £58 purchase is still sat in the Bristol sorting office, and I can get no one at Prestige to respond to emails, or their Bot ticket conversation from last Wednesday. Whilst I appreciate the postal strike is beyond their control, I specifically used them because of the 3rd party couriers, and now not to engage with me over the lack of product for my purchase, they are choosing to simply ignore it? Sadly I would never use Prestige again for this very reason, as whilst their bouquets may be lovely, the lack of good customer care is shocking.
Desired outcome: Full refund
Flower delivery
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a bereaved friend for delivery today.
Tracking has not been updated since 01.30 this morning. I therefore contacted the live chat. I was placed in a queue for 20 minutes, waiting for an advisor, then had my chat terminated due to lack of activity (on the part of the advisor). I then contacted customer services, but am still awaiting a response.
I live in France, and have no confirmation that the flowers have been delivered, as I have not received any communication since I placed the order.
The lack of customer service is appalling.
I will not use this company again, and will certainly not recommend.
Desired outcome: Refund
Flowers
I ordered flowers to be sent to my injured mother for Saturday the 4th of November. They sent the flowers by Royal Mail who were having issues that day and updated tracking to say that they were unable to send the flowers out for delivery and that they would be delayed by 48 hours. Keeping in mind that these are fresh flowers, Prestige insists that Royal Mail attempted delivery, which is clearly shown to be untrue.
Prestige Flowers flat out refused to give a refund. In the end, after more emails than I can count, they agreed to send a replacement. This was due on the 10/11/2022. Again, the flowers were not delivered.
These flowers were being sent to an elderly injured parent. Prestige Flowers refuses to accept responsibility or give a refund.
Desired outcome: Full refun

flower delivery
Hi, I ordered a bouquet of roses the other day to be delivered to London. The bouquet was left at the reception and disappeared. Although the name and phone number of the recipient was clearly mentioned in the order, nobody informed the recipient about the bouquet. I call Prestige Flowers and they just struck their shoulders saying that the bouquet was delivered, they had a picture and washed their hands...Ridiculous! I paid £50 for flowers that have never been delivered, and Prestige is covering themselves with a picture that could have been taken anywhere...It is a shame!
Will never use them again.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Desired outcome: refund

Prestige Flowers - Lack of common sense and poor customer service
Wouldn't use again. They use Royal mail on the days they are striking- of course the flowers that you have paid for won't arrive when you expect them to because Royal Mail are striking. No issue with Royal mail but don't state that the flowers will arrive on the requested day when you are using a service that is on strike ! Lack of common sense and customer service.
Desired outcome: Refund
Quality of flowers delivered
On two occasions in the last ten days I have ordered flowers to be delivered for special occasions from Prestige Flowers. Normally I order from Bloom & Wild but thought I would try Prestige as their advert showed some really nice bouquets at reasonable prices. The first delivery was for gladioli, which are one of my wife's favourite flowers. When they arrived they looked ok but nothing special. My wife put them in a vase, in water, After a day or two they looked very poor and had hardly opened. The ones that had opened were droopy and petals falling off. Over the next day or so, they got worse. After five days they were so bad that we binned them. Normally Bloom & Wild's flowers last about two weeks and always look good.
The second order was for someone's birthday. I ordered Lilies and Roses. They arrived a day late. I saw them later that day and there was one lily and five roses. This was nothing like the online picture. As it cost me circa £30, I thought that it was very very overcharged and I could have got so much more from M & S for that money. I am certain in my mind that Prestige will do nothing about the complaint, they should at least offer me a credit against them.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response form Prestige, and some form of refund. They should use the complaints to ensure that their staff learn from these problems and improve on presentation, product quality and delivery promises being kept.
Prestige flowers
£61.48 for a bouquet that looks like supermarket £15
I paid £61.48 for a bouquet , It is smaller than an average £15 supermarket bouquet and the quality is not good.
As the a service ships directly to the recipient the quality should be as advertised.
In this case they were supposed to be condolence flowers and they were very disappointing.
The black bag it was delivered in is creased and stained as is the wrapping , heads are broken peeling and brown and it is overall very small.
The company refused to acknowledge the complaint saying it is their standard quality , so definately don’t order if your looking for something substantial.
Desired outcome: Refund refused
