HospitalGiftShop my experience with www.hospitalgiftshop.com

My daughter was in the hospital for surgery. I order flowers and spent a lot of money at 6:30 am with guaranteed delivery the same day. They never showed up. When I called the customer service, they had no explanation why it was not sent. I did have a confirmation email and all. They said it was too late to still deliver. They were rude, unapologetic, and did not seem to care at all. I will never use them again. Costumer service is a nightmare

My daughter was in the hospital for surgery. I order flowers and spent a lot of money at 6:30 am with guaranteed delivery the same day. They never showed up. When I called the customer service, they had no explanation why it was not sent. I did have a confirmation email and all. I provided a room number and exact address.in my follow up with customer service, all they kept saying is they are giving me a refund — meanwhile, my little girl, who had surgery never got flowers. They said it was too late to still deliver. They were rude, unapologetic, and did not seem to care at all. I will never use them again.

HospitalGiftShop very poor service!

I'm not satisfied with HospitalGiftShop and their service. I have ordered some flowers from them and they did not contact me to tell that they had a delivery issue. Delivery was two days late and no one from HospitalGiftShop bothered to tell me.
Flowers did arrive and they were fine, but still I'm extremely disappointed and think that HospitalGiftShop is not to be trusted. We needed the flowers for a concrete date and they promised they'll be here on time. After what had happened I don't think I'll buy anything again from them. Very poor service!

HospitalGiftShop did not deliver on time

I have ordered a fruit basket and some flowers to be delivered the same day. That was a birthday surprise for my sick grandmother who was in the hospital. I was not able to visit her personally because of the job so I decided to send her something nice. I arrived two days later and asked did she like the flowers and she asked "what flowers?". That moment I understood that HospitalGiftShop delivered nothing! And the worst thing was that they did not even tell me about that!
I contacted them and heard only lame excuses. They did deliver everything two days later.
Extremely poor service! I'm shocked!

HospitalGiftShop flowers were not delivered

I have ordered some flowers for my sister which was in a hospital. They promised to deliver on a certain date and time. Later I called my sister and asked her did she like the flowers and she said that she never received anything. Contacted HospitalGiftShop and asked what was going on. They did not explain anything and just offered to send another bouquet. I refused and asked for a refund but receive no answer. Avoid!

HospitalGiftShop they didn't sent the order at all

I ordered flowers and gift from the website www.hospitalgiftshop.com. I received the confirmation email and the seller also advised me to track the order through the website. When I opened the link on the next day, it turned out that the order hasn’t been sent. I decided to ask the seller, when I would get the order then, but he started to avoid me. Terrible services and communication.

HospitalGiftShop the arrangement of bouquet was poor

I bought bouquet of flowers from the website www.hospitalgiftshop.com. My friend was in the hospital and I decided to make something pleasant for him. When I came to visit him, my bouquet was on night’s table. It was the worst flower arrangement I have ever seen before, and there were 5 roses, but on the website it was mentioned that the bouquet consisted from 10 roses. I will never order from them.

HospitalGiftShop not fresh flowers, high prices – bad company

Don’t order flowers from the website www.hospitalgiftshop.com. These jerks overcharge customers, as well as they delivered not very good and fresh flowers. After that I tried to argue with them, but it was completely useless, ‘coz the rep didn’t listen to me and once he hung up on me. Bad attitude towards customers. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I would NEVER EVER recommend Hospital Gift Shop.com to anyone! I had a family member in the hospital and I wanted to send some flowers since I could not be there with her. The flowers were suppose to be delivered the next day since I missed the cut off time for the same day delivery, but when the next day came she never received the flowers! I called them and notified them that my family member never received her flowers and was also being discharged from the hospital the next day. The told me that they would re route the flowers to her home at no extra charge, Needless to say the next day she STILL didn't get her flowers! When I called them again they said they don't know what happened and that they had to "look into it" but said that they would get the flowers to her the next day. Well to no surprise my family member never received any flowers! So I called them again and this time I got told they were still looking into the matter but that the manager has given the approval to send a new bouquet of fresh flowers to my family members home and they would be in the delivery truck first thing in the morning! around 4pm the next day still NO flowers! I called them yet again and got told they were on the truck for delivery and that they would be there before the end of that business day! well the end of that business day came and went and still no flowers! Its now 5 days later my family member still has not gotten the flowers they were suppose to get while sick in the hospital! I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the $60 I had spent on the flowers that she never received because they wanted to charge a $5 cancellation fee and a 20% restocking fee! This company is horrible and I'm not sure how they are even in business!
