I ordered flowers for my daughter's delivery before 9 AM on 10/17. They did not deliver the flowers and did not bother to call to let me know. After I complained the next day, they said they would deliver and waive the delivery fee (this was the manager's decision), but of course, they did not waive the delivery fee. The arrangement delivered was no what was pictured--was a generic arrangement. Very poor company. Would not recommend.
