Disappointing "Feel Better Soon Gift Set" from Florists.com: A Review
I jus' ordered the "Feel Better Soon Gift Set" from Florists.com and let me tell ya, I was not impressed with what I got. I picked this set 'cause it had some real pretty daisies in all sorts of colors like blue, purple, white, and yellow. Plus, it came with a lil' mylar on a stick and a teddy bear that said "Get Well" on it. I even added a big mylar balloon and two latex balloons to the order 'cause I wanted to make sure my 9 year old niece felt better after her surgery. But when the package arrived, I was real disappointed. The bouquet was all dark carnations and there was only one latex balloon and one big mylar balloon. The handwriting on the card was real hard to read too. And worst of all, there was no cute teddy bear like I ordered! This was not a gift I woulda picked for a little girl and it was not what I ordered at all. The only thing that was right was the big mylar balloon. I'm real bummed out about this and I don't think I'll be ordering from Florists.com again. Check out the pictures for yourself. The first one is what I got and the second one is what I ordered.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Broken Business Model and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Florists.com. I was really looking forward to surprising my loved one with a beautiful bouquet, but unfortunately, my order never made it to its destination. I had to call up their Customer Service to figure out what was going on, and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. Their "Tracking System" was apparently on the fritz, and I had to be transferred around a bunch of times before I finally got someone who could give me some answers.
Turns out, my order wasn't going to be delivered as promised. And honestly, if their local florists can't get their act together, maybe it's time for Florists.com to start looking for some new partners. I mean, come on, this is a pretty basic part of their business model - delivering flowers on time and in good condition. If they can't even manage that, what's the point?
To make matters worse, they tried to offer me a refund of my shipping if I was willing to wait an extra day for delivery. Um, excuse me? That's not exactly what I had in mind when I placed my order. I told them I wanted a full refund and to cancel my order altogether. They did give me my money back, but honestly, the damage was already done. My loved one didn't get the surprise I had planned, and I was left feeling pretty disappointed.
Overall, I don't think I'll be doing business with Florists.com again anytime soon. Their broken business model and poor customer service just aren't worth the hassle. If you're looking for a reliable florist, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Florists.com Review: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Service
I shoulda checked the reviews before I used Florists.com. I wanted to send some flowers to my friend's memorial service outta town. But when I didn't hear nothin' back from her, I asked about it and turns out the flowers never got delivered! I called up Florists.com customer service and they said they'd give me back the service fee and that the local florist never even got the order. I asked them to have the local florist call my friend before delivery to make sure she'd be home, but nothin' happened. So I called up Florists.com again to cancel the order. And wouldn't ya know it, 15 minutes later my friend got her flowers.
This system's got some serious problems. If you need flowers delivered on time, I suggest you go straight to a local florist. The customer service reps I talked to were nice and helpful, but I woulda rather not had to call them in the first place.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Subpar Flowers
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Florists.com. If I could give them negative stars, I totally would. I mean, I ordered some flowers for my daughter's birthday and they were late. And when I tried to call them up, all I got was some recording saying they don't take phone orders. Like, what kind of business doesn't take phone orders? So then I tried emailing them like six times, but every time I got some error message telling me to try again later. And even two days later, I still couldn't get through.
Finally, I tried their chat thingy, but that was a whole other ordeal. They kept asking for my order number, then my email, then my phone number, and it took them like 25 minutes just to respond. And even then, they didn't really help me out.
So yeah, the flowers did eventually arrive, but they were nothing like what I ordered. I paid $75 for a dozen red and pink roses, six gerber daisies, and six green things. And what did I get? Some cheap vase with the flowers all jumbled up inside. Like, seriously? I could have just bought some flowers and a vase myself for like $25 and done a better job.
And to top it all off, they didn't even arrange the flowers! I was so embarrassed to have sent them to my daughter like that. She had to arrange them herself. And even though they did notify me when the flowers were delivered, when I responded to the email, I didn't get any response back.
I bought the flowers through Rakuten, but even they didn't back up their sponsor. So yeah, I would definitely avoid this company if I were you.
Florists.com Review: A Disappointing Experience with Late Delivery and Poor Quality Flowers
So, let me tell you about my experience with florists.com. I usually use fromyouflowers.com, but I had a $10 Groupon, so I thought I'd give florists.com a try. BIG MISTAKE!
First of all, they made me enter all of my payment information and delivery address before giving me the option to apply my coupon code. When I finally entered my Groupon code, it was rejected. When I tried to enter it again, the website said "Order Placed!" What the heck?
I tried calling customer service, and while the operator was empathetic, she couldn't do anything to help me. I was stuck with a $67 charge for 12-24 daisies. Daisies, people! I could have bought roses for that price.
To make matters worse, it took NINE days for the flowers to be delivered, causing me to miss my cousin's grand opening for her business. I didn't even receive an apology for the delay.
When my cousin finally received the flowers, she sent me a thank you text on August 3rd for flowers that were supposed to be delivered on July 26th. What a mess!
And don't even get me started on the quality of the flowers. I ordered a dozen, but there were no fillers or anything to make the bouquet look full. It was a sad sight.
Overall, I was highly disappointed with my experience with florists.com. I will never order from them again, and I suggest you steer clear as well. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable florist.
Florists.com Review: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I ordered some flowers for my daughter's 35th birthday from Florists.com, a week in advance. I changed the order right after placing it, but still one week in advance. Later that day, I received an email confirming my order and the change I made. Everything seemed to be going smoothly.
On the day of my daughter's birthday, I checked the status of the order around mid-afternoon, and the website showed that the order was fulfilled. However, the next morning, I found out that no flowers were delivered. I tried calling the company's phone number, but it directed me to do all business through the website. So, I sent an email and received a reply that said there had been a computer error after the order was placed. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, which was two days after my daughter's birthday. I was given an apology code (SORRY20) for $20 off my next order. But honestly, I don't think I'll ever use them again.
To their credit, the flowers were delivered two days after my daughter's birthday, and they found the correct house. It's just that it was 48 hours later. I have been waiting for a proper resolution for the past four days, but I haven't received anything except a generic reply. It's frustrating, to say the least.
I'm surprised that companies that run this way can manage to stay in business. Thank goodness for all the complaint forums online. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Missed Delivery Date for Special Occasion
I wanted to surprise my dear friend on her 80th birthday, but since she moved to Arizona, I couldn't be there with her. So, I decided to order flowers and balloons from Florists.com on September 2, 2021, hoping that they would deliver them on her birthday, September 7th. Unfortunately, my friend didn't thank me for the gift, and I was worried that something had gone wrong. When I contacted Florists.com, they told me that they had missed the delivery date, and they didn't have any excuse for it.
I was disappointed that they had ruined my friend's special day, and their offer of a $15 refund and delivery the next day, September 8th, didn't make up for it. They claim to be one of the best florists in the US, but they couldn't even deliver on time for a special occasion. I wouldn't trust them to do what they say they will do.
I ordered Two Dozen Red Roses with a vase and a Mylar Balloon from Florists.com. The order confirmation number was *** and the order date was September 2, 2021, at 2:22 PM. The total cost of the order was $159.29, including delivery, service fee, and tax. I paid with a credit card.
Florists.com warned me that they might have to substitute some flowers with the freshest blooms locally available, and the vases and containers might also vary. However, they assured me that their talented designers would always take the utmost care to craft a beautiful arrangement. I trusted them to deliver a lovely gift to my friend, but they let me down.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Florists.com to anyone who wants to send a gift to a loved one on a special occasion. They might miss the delivery date, and their excuses won't make up for it. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a more reliable florist.
Florists.com Review: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Incorrect Order
I am so bummed that I didn't read these reviews before ordering from Florists.com! I figured since they're a part of 1-800-Flowers, they'd be able to deliver the goods and services that I paid for. Boy, was I wrong! I ordered some flowers on a Tuesday night for a family member who was going into surgery that Friday, and I requested that they be delivered on Thursday. But Thursday came and went, and there was no sign of the flowers. My family spent all day Friday and Saturday in the hospital, and I was getting worried. I tried to get some info from Florists.com, but their website just said "We're working hard but we don't have any info at this time." So I sent them an email, and I did finally get a response within 48 hours. They said that they had tried to deliver the flowers on Thursday and Friday, but my family said that no one had come by the house on Thursday. They didn't get any phone calls or voicemails, either. Florists.com promised that they'd deliver the flowers on Monday, but once again, the day came and went with no delivery. I reached out to them again, and they said that the florist had tried multiple times to deliver the flowers and had called with no success. They said that someone needed to be there to sign for the flowers, but that wasn't true. My family was home all day, and they didn't get any phone calls, voicemails, or attempted deliveries. I asked for a refund, and they gave me back my shipping and delivery fee. Finally, the flowers were delivered... but they were just left outside the gate without anyone asking for a signature! And to top it all off, the flowers didn't even look like what I had ordered. I'm so disappointed, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Delayed Delivery, Missing Card, and Dead Flowers
I bought a flower basket for my mom's birthday from Florists.com and paid extra for quick delivery on the day of her birthday. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by a few days, and I didn't receive a refund for the special delivery fee. Moreover, the card that I had paid for was missing, which was disappointing. The flowers were also squished, and the plant was supposed to be living, but all the flowers were already dead and mangled upon arrival. I immediately emailed them with photos that my mom had sent me of the product, but their customer service replied a week later, stating that their policy was three days, and they couldn't help me. This was frustrating because it wasn't my fault that they took so long to reply. I had to send them over 30 emails, and it took around two months to get a replacement. The replacement flowers were only slightly better than the first, but my mom managed to fix them up. A year later, both baskets of flowers look nice in her home, but I will never order from Florists.com again.
Florist.com: Horrible Customer Service and Ruined Surprises
I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday a couple of weeks in advance to make sure they would arrive on time as I was going to be out of town for business. But to my dismay, the flowers arrived a week early, which completely ruined the surprise I had planned for my wife. I called florist.com to inquire about what had happened, but they had no clue and apologized for the inconvenience.
I then contacted the vendor, Flower Garden Wholesale and Rental, located at 4966 Pacheco Blvd, Martinez, CA ***488, and spoke to the owner. She informed me that they must have delivered the flowers on the wrong day, even though the delivery date on the card envelope clearly stated "10/5/2020". She suggested that I leave the flowers outside for them to pick up and redeliver on the correct date. I was taken aback and frustrated by this suggestion, as they had already delivered the flowers and ruined the surprise I had planned for my wife. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, the owner responded with a sarcastic "you're welcome".
I called florist.com again and spoke with a supervisor to express my disappointment with the vendor they had chosen to work with. I had looked up the vendor on Yelp and found that they had received numerous one-star reviews due to their poor product quality and customer service. The supervisor was understanding and offered to send another order of flowers, which they upgraded to a premium package. I accepted the offer and scheduled the delivery for my wife's actual birthday, 10/5.
On the day of my wife's birthday, I eagerly asked her about the flowers, but she had no idea what I was talking about. I was furious and called florist.com the next morning to inquire about what had happened. I spoke with Khadim, a supervisor, who informed me that the florist was unable to deliver the flowers as they had run out of stock. I asked why they hadn't contacted me to let me know, but Khadim didn't have an answer. I was beyond frustrated that they had ruined my wife's birthday surprise not once, but twice.
Khadim offered to send another bouquet of flowers, but I had had enough. I demanded a full refund for their mistakes, but Khadim stated that he could only refund the delivery fee. I was extremely disappointed with their poor customer service and lack of care for their customers. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from florist.com as they are horrible and do not care about their customers.

Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Shoddy Flowers and Incomplete Order
I gotta tell ya, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Florists.com. I mean, I've seen some bad bouquets in my time, but this one took the cake. It was just...ugh. The carnations were all brown around the edges, and the other flowers were so dry they practically crumbled in my hand. And don't even get me started on those little roses - they never even opened! What a waste.
To make matters worse, they didn't even send all the stuff my husband paid for. He ordered two balloons, but we only got one. What's up with that? And when we tried to get a refund for the whole thing, they only gave us back part of the money. Not cool, man.
I wouldn't recommend Florists.com to anyone, honestly. You don't want to risk getting embarrassed on a special day because of some shoddy flowers. My husband paid for a premium bouquet, but what we got was anything but premium. Check out the photos if you don't believe me - you can see for yourself how sad those flowers were, and how the delivery guy only had one balloon with him. It's a real shame.
Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Disappointing Experience with Florists.com
I wanted to surprise my daughter on her birthday with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, so I decided to order from Florists.com. I placed my order for delivery on April 15th, but to my disappointment, the flowers did not arrive on the day. I was quite upset, so I decided to call their customer service to inquire about the delay. They apologized for the inconvenience and promised to deliver the flowers on the 21st of April.
However, the 21st came and went, and still, no flowers were delivered. I was frustrated and called customer service again, and they apologized once more and promised to deliver the flowers on the 23rd of April. But again, the flowers did not arrive. I was fed up with the situation and requested a refund, but instead of a refund, they kept sending me a standard apology and promising to do a new delivery.
I was not satisfied with their response, and every time I asked for a full refund, they would go around in circles and not give me the refund I deserved. It felt like a game, and I was tired of playing it. I decided to contest the charge with my credit card company, hoping they could do something about it.
In conclusion, I would not recommend doing business with Florists.com. They are unreliable, and their customer service is not helpful. It's a scam, and I regret ever ordering from them.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
So, I ordered some flowers from Florists.com on a Tuesday, hoping to get them delivered the next day. But, to my dismay, the flowers were nowhere to be seen even by the end of Wednesday. I was getting worried and decided to email their customer service team to inquire about the delay. They responded saying they would look into it, but by Friday morning, there was still no sign of the flowers and no response from the customer service team.
I was getting frustrated and decided to call them up. Luckily, I spoke to a very nice lady who explained that the local florist had not confirmed the order, so Florists.com had to switch to a different company. They refunded my delivery fees and promised that the flowers would be delivered that same day. But, alas, they were not. Not the next day. Or the next. Or the next.
I was at my wit's end and decided to email them again, asking for either an immediate delivery or a full refund. After some back and forth, they finally gave up and issued a refund. Needless to say, I was not happy with the service I received from Florists.com.
Overall, I would not recommend using this service. Their customer service team was slow to respond and the flowers were never delivered. It was a major disappointment and a waste of my time and money.

Florists.com Review: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Quality Flowers
I recently ordered some sympathy flowers for a friend from Florists.com. They promised me that the flowers would be delivered by 11/3. However, when the day arrived, there was no sign of the flowers. I contacted Florists.com and they told me that the delivery had been attempted. But I knew that was a lie because my friends were at home all day. When I spoke to another customer service representative, they told me that the delivery was delayed due to covid. This was a contradiction to what I was told earlier.
To my surprise, I received a call from Fedex on 11/4, saying that there was an address problem. It turned out that the Florists.com website had merged my address with my recipient's address. I corrected the address and was assured that the flowers would be delivered that day. Later that evening, I went to check my mail and found the box of flowers outside my door. I was furious! I opened the box to check the quality of the flowers and was disappointed to find a tiny bouquet with only one rose and cheap daisies. I had spent over $50 on these flowers, and I would have been embarrassed for my friend to receive them.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Florists.com. Their customer service is unreliable, and the quality of their flowers is poor. I regret my decision to use this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Dead Plants and Poor Customer Service
I bought 2 rose plants from Florists.com for my mother and mother-in-law as Easter gifts. Unfortunately, less than a month later, my husband told me that his mother's plant had died. I then spoke to my own mother and found out that hers had also died within 2 weeks of receiving it. I was really disappointed and decided to call the company to complain.
However, when I called, they couldn't find my order! I was really frustrated because they had no problem taking my money from my checking account. I left a bad review for them, hoping that it would help other customers avoid the same problem.
The next day, I received a text from Florists.com saying that they had found my order and would refund me half of the cost because I didn't provide them with pictures of the dead plants. I was really surprised by this because who would think to take a picture of a dead plant? It seems like they just want proof that their products are not up to par.
This experience really says a lot about the company. I think I will go back to Pro Plants, where I know they take pride in their products and stand behind them. It's really disappointing to spend money on something that doesn't last, and then have to jump through hoops to get a refund. I hope that Florists.com will improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Late Delivery and Poor Quality Flowers
So, I wanted to get some flowers for my mom's birthday on Sept 22nd and I decided to give Florists.com a try. I paid $79 for a premium arrangement, but when it arrived, it was not what I expected. Instead of the beautiful flowers I was hoping for, I got a bunch of carnations, daises and filler. I was really disappointed, especially since I paid so much for it.
To make matters worse, they didn't even deliver the flowers on time. I waited all day and didn't hear anything from them. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order because it was already 9pm and we still hadn't received anything. I didn't want them to deliver the flowers the next day, especially since it was going to a senior citizens residence. It was just unacceptable.
When I finally got a response from their customer service team, they tried to tell me that the sad-looking street vendor bouquet was actually a premium arrangement. I couldn't believe it! They were trying to scam me! The representative who responded to my email was named Larissa and her number was ***478. When I tried to call her, I was put on hold indefinitely. All the agents were busy and the call just hung up.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Florists.com. I don't think I'll be using them again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle and the disappointment.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Late Delivery, Poor Quality, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Florists.com that left me feeling disappointed. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister's retirement from teaching, and requested delivery to her school the day before the event. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive until late that night, after everyone had already left for the day. To make matters worse, the flowers had been shipped from Ohio to Minnesota via FedEx, which seemed like an unnecessary and inefficient choice.
When my sister sent me a picture of the bouquet the next day, I was disappointed to see that it looked mostly like greens with very few actual flowers. I contacted Florists.com to request a refund, but was only offered 50% of the $70 I had spent due to the fact that the flowers had been delivered. I was so unhappy with the quality of the bouquet that I asked them to come pick it up, but they still refused to give me a full refund.
In the end, I decided to deny the charges on my card and let Florists.com know that I would be leaving a negative review and posting about my experience on Facebook. I was embarrassed by the poor quality of the flowers and felt that the company had not done enough to make things right. Overall, I would not recommend Florists.com based on my experience.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Poor Quality and Incorrect Bouquets
I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers from Florists.com for my Grandma's birthday. I was really excited to surprise her with a beautiful arrangement of her favorite flowers. However, when the flowers arrived, I was extremely disappointed. They were not even close to what I had ordered. I understand that sometimes florists have to substitute flowers if they are not available, but this was not a substitution. It was a completely different bouquet and the quality was really poor.
I decided to reach out to the company to see if they could fix the issue. They sent a new bouquet of flowers to my Grandma, but once again, it was not even close to what I had ordered. I was so disappointed that I felt like I had been scammed. I had spent $60 on what I thought was a nice flower bouquet for my Grandma's birthday, but instead, I was upset twice.
To make matters worse, the quality of the flowers was poor as well. Both bouquets started to die after just a couple of days. It was such a shame because I really wanted to make my Grandma's birthday special, but instead, I ended up feeling like I had wasted my money.
I will never order from Florists.com again and I will try to warn as many people as possible to never order from them either. There are so many other great options out there for companies to use. If you want to send flowers to someone special, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Trust me, you don't want to be disappointed like I was.
Disappointing Delivery: My Experience with Florists.com
So, I decided to give Florists.com a try and ordered some flowers for my aunt for Halloween. I usually order flowers for her about four times a year. But, this time, I was disappointed with the delivery. The flowers were all smushed and half wilted/dead. They didn't even arrive in water! They looked nothing like the picture that was presented to me when I made the purchase decision. My aunt knows flowers and how to take care of them. When I showed the Florists.com customer satisfaction team an image of the flowers, they sent me an infographic on how to cut, water, and add food to the water. Basically, they wanted me to bring the dead flowers back to life! I insisted that my aunt carefully took the time to cut them and try to make them look somewhat presentable for the thank you picture she sent (the scissors were in the image). I also sent them an infographic on the negative impact of poor customer service. But, I haven't heard back from them yet, nor have I received a refund.
Honestly, I was really disappointed with the service I received from Florists.com. I was hoping for a beautiful bouquet of flowers that my aunt would love, but instead, I got a bunch of dead flowers that I had to try and revive. It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something and it doesn't turn out the way you expected. I hope that Florists.com can improve their service and make sure that their customers are happy with their purchases.
Disappointing Experience with Florists.com: Flowers Never Arrived for Mom's Birthday
Florists.com is not a good company to order flowers from. I had a really bad experience with them when I ordered flowers for my mom's 93rd birthday. I placed the order two weeks before her birthday, but the flowers never arrived. I was out of the country at the time and couldn't contact their customer service for three days. This made my mom feel like no one remembered her special day. When I finally spoke to their customer service, they admitted that there was a mistake. The florist they assigned the order to was unable to fill it, and they never assigned it to another florist.
My mom lives in the Denver metro area, so there are plenty of florists to choose from. The customer service agent apologized and said he would make sure that flowers arrived that day. He also promised to call my mom and apologize for their mistake. However, when he called my mom, he said that the problem was because they couldn't reach me and that it was somehow my fault. This was really frustrating because it wasn't true.
It's been two days since the customer service agent promised to send flowers, but they still haven't arrived. I'm really disappointed with Florists.com and would not recommend them to anyone. It's important to choose a reliable company when you're sending flowers to someone special, and Florists.com is not that company.
