I ordered flowers for my friends 80th birthday in Nz I ordered them online from Australia on 17/9/21 % at the cost of $137.17 I am absolutely💯% disappointed in them...
they were not what I ordered and definitely not worth the price.
I ordered yellow and purple and got orange and not even a nice arrangement!

I am so upset with the flowers I sent to my sister in law for the loss of her beloved mother, I am so disappointed in the flowers that were sent to her for the prise I paid. I have attached photos of what we got and what it should have looked like, I do understand that arrangements my differ to what is in season at the time. There's no excuse for the florist who did this, I am just liveried

When I placed my order yesterday it was accepted. Then today when I went back to check on the status, it had still not been confirmed, stating "A partner Florist was being located" and it also said "due to high demand, deliveries may be delayed". I needed to ensure that the recipient received her flowers in time so I was forced to order elsewhere. Because I was not notified upon placing the order that delivery may be delayed (that statement was not there when my order was placed) I requested cancellation as my order still had not been confirmed with a partner florist. Given The order was placed with the understanding it would be delivered today, and still had not been confirmed with a partner florist by 2 pm today, I had to figure something else out. My cancellation request was noted, as evidenced on your website, prior to it being confirmed by a partner florist. Then 2 minutes later, literally, again as evidenced on your website, it shows the status as confirmed for delivery today. Because your Company was unable to confirm my order would be delivered on time, I am disputing the charge with my Bank.
I will not accept a 50% cancellation fee because I was never informed upfront that my order may be delayed. I have proof of this on my order confirmation. Had I been informed upfront of the possible order delay, I would never have placed the order. Therefore I will be disputing any and all charges from your Company.
Desired outcome: Full Refund of $97.61 USD
I purchased flowers for Mother’s Day and they turned up the da after. They are expensive and a rip off . Don’t waiste your money on zflowers.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 1st April. (will attch pics)was not what I had ordered looked nothing like what I thought I was getting. Rang company their response was basically bad luck. Would like to hear from someone about a refund. Very disappointing as this was a birthday gift. Ordered from website Zflowers which is based in phillipines but does not state this on its site says Como W.A.

Mother day flowers order x2
Ordered two lots of Mother's Day flowers for my mums in the uk. Paid approx $40 delivery for next day delivery. Order was not even looked at until 16th March and still not delivered on 17th. Advertising false saying they would deliver on 14th. Update on 16th about my order said they would be delivered on 14th so they are making up delivery dates after dates have past! Many people would buy flowers as interflora decent enough to admit they couldn't deliver until 15th. Delivery was super expensive and I'm sure what is going to be delivered won't match the pictures. Feel ripped off and disappointed.
Desired outcome: Want them fined for false advertising.

Ordered to be delivered om march 6th in london to my aunt. Flowers arrived, without chocolates, in dirty brown bag, with scrawled message on torn paper. Awful experience, huge disappointment. This was a very special birthday for my aunt. This company is obviously some kind of scam. I now note that this has happened to a huge number of people.
I want immediate compensation, which can be new flowers and chocolates sent to my aunt.

Valentines Bouquet not delivered
Order was placed for a Valentines Bouquet on the 12th of February. They happily accepted my order and an additional fee for guaranteed 14th February delivery. However nothing was delivered and no email sent to forewarn me that the delivery could not be made. Terrible customer service all left up to me to chase up no apology no explanation no compensation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered flowers from this company when they turned up it wasn't what I had ordered at all.
I sent it back with the delivery driver to the florist at the same time the delivery driver took a picture of what I had ordered
There was no contact from the florist here in the UK or ZFlowers to inform me of the change of request or even to ask if I still wanted to go ahead with my order
I have contacted them several times via email and they say that no refund is due to me
This company is just ripping people off and taking the money

The picture of the flowers on the website I ordered were beautiful, however the presentation and the quality of the flowers were shocking. I was so embarrassed when the recipient sent me a photo of them. I understand there was a delay in delivery, which I accept full responsibility for, but the lack of communication and lack of effort in the flowers presentation was very disappointing. I am a single mum of 4 small children and I cannot afford to spend $80 on something that wasn't advertised as online. I would like a refund. I have contacted the company but they are saying it is no fault of their own and will not give me the name of the florist.

$111 Bouquet flowers ordered for Mother's Day (actually ordered for 10th May (before Mother's day) and was not delivered. 3 days of Phone calls - finally agreed they weren't delivered. Arranging for a refund - they are telling me 12-14 days. I have demanded immediate refund by close of business 17/5/19. We will see. In the mean time I will be writing every negative review I can and sharing it every where. Fraudulent Company.
flowers ordered on november 2017
I ordered flowers on the 4th november 2017. After a few days i received a call saying sorry they will be late which was fine by me. A week went by and still no delivery...i called back to find it has been cancelled on the 17th November..i was told my money would be refunded.
I have been emailing..calling..leaving messages for almost 2 years now. It's beyond ridiculous and wasted hours and hours of my time. My next step it to take legal action against this company which i really did not want to have to do as i find it extreme. But I am entitled to my refund. They cancelled the order not me. I was not informed. I did not receive a refund.
unauthorised credit charge 7th may 2019
I have sent numerous Emails this day to ZFlowers New Zealand who have charged a floral delivery/order for £158.23 to Auckland without any authorisation or order from me. I have not had any response for my demand a. to see to whom this order is to be delivered and b. a copy of the order and invoice. Without Prejudice I have demanded a refund of this charge to my card in the absence of any response. I have used this company over a number of years but this is a serious matter which needs to be resolved.

Flowers were ordered for an anniversary present and $124 was paid online. The service had been used in the proceeding year and it was thought to be a trustworthy company. The flowers did not arrive on the day specified. After 5 days waiting we rang the florist that the flowers would have come from and they had no record of the order. The complaint line specified on the website was phoned. Upon realising it was a complaint the woman would hang up. They did not acknowledge that order was made. No satisfaction from this company at all.

I made the order on March 23, 2018 and have it delivered on April 3, 2018 my wife's bday.I called them over the phone and also chatted with them just to make sure the flowers will be delivered.The flowers were not delivered. At first I emailed them through their website telling them that the flowers were not delivered.They replied saying that there was an error processing the order and I replied back saying to send the flowers asap. I went to their website and chatted with one of the rep and told them to deliver the flowers asap then I called their customer service and told them about the flowers were not sent.They told me that in their system it tells them that the flowers was delivered. I ask for the manager or supervisor.After giving a run around. I finally got hold of a senior agent.Senior agent asked me what do I want to do with the flowers. I told him that they been asking the same question that I want the flowers to be delivered. The manager named Jason hanged up the phone. I called back Jay answered the phone and pretended that he cannot hear me and hanged up the phone again.I asked them to please make sure that the flowers will be delivered this time and told them to email the HQ to give me a call.On April 4, 2018 the flowers were still not delivered.PLS Help me with this concern. unethical behaviour - avoid at all cost
I ordered flower arrangement 03/12/17 delivery Longlea Vic for special birthday on the 04/12/17. From Ready flowers, flowers were not delivered. I double checked my confirmation to make sure all was ok, all good. I sent email to RF stating flowers were not delivered. I checked and payment had gone through/taken from my account 05/12/17. I rang the 1300 customer service number provided (as no response to emails) to find a message stating go to website, email? I rang the New Zealand number listed to find disconnected. I then looked the name on the net to find this company Ready flowers had gone in to liquidation and was trading under the name Z-flowers, still the Hagerty family and still issues with many negative feedback regarding no deliveries of flowers? They have been charged with setting up FAKE reviews also. This company is being investigated by the ACCC. Why are they still operating? I finally got my money back after chasing through Visa. These people are still sending me emails asking how I rate them?... Seriously nothing but thieves and cheats!
flower delivery that did not arrive
I ordered flowers from Zflowers/Ready flowers (previous name, changed due to shifty trading) for my friends 60th birthday del to Heathcote Vic 4th Dec 2017. NO flowers arrived? I sent emails, NO responses. I rang 1300 number taped message. I messaged on FB to be advised someone would contact me, NO contact. They DO NOT respond to emails, 1300 tells you to go to website! NZ phone number not connected? NO flowers, No money I am out of pocket $89.23. They are still operating online. Only now I know they are dodgy! Why are they still trading, ripping people off? Its unfair and unethical. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME...
I want the full refund.

I brought flowers for my mum on mothers day I paid $99.02 including delivery for the weekend and an upgrade of the flowers.
I have contacted customer service over and over again but am being ignored.
So first thing is I paid extra for delivery on a Saturday, the flowers were delivered on a Friday.
As well as my mum was asked to come and pick them up from the florist so they were almost not delivered at all.
then they still emailed me on the Saturday to say they had just been delivered which was a lie.
Then I had paid $23.48 extra for an upgrade after speaking to customer service and finding out what was in the standard bunch (below) - my mum ended up receiving less than the standard of what the customer service told me .
I had a chat with customer service help who said a standard was this:
Our standard Sparkle contains the following:
2 x Asiatic Lily Stem
3 x Gerbera Stem
3 x Box Hedge
1 x Wrap
1 x Ribbon
then i get this email from my mum
"I hope there is someone else re flowers in wanganui as I wouldn`t recommend them again anyway - probably the worst I have seen . 3 gerberas - one, two steam lily and a steam of yellow daisies - and greenery ... "
This is after I upgraded it!

then my mum went to the florist to complain:
"When I went in I said how much would that bunch of flowers cost.and he said they have a shortage of flowers at present and still trying to full orders for mothers day.(Not a good start)
I showed him the photo and he took down the flowers plus wrapping on his note.also said what you pay is not what they get!he said he had informed the middle men they where only doing town delivery.!the flowers about to go out where at least double or more he said would be $50_60."

I paid for an upgrade I didn't get the upgrade, I paid extra for delivery on Saturday, it wasn't delivered on Saturday.
the florist has admitted they have a shortage of flowers and had asked my mum to come and pick them up from her so she didn't have to deliver them when I paid extra for them to be delivered on a saturday
they supplied less than what was in the standard bunch - per my conversation with customer service before I ordered.
then my mum got a call from the florist
"I have just had a call from the lady in the shop who said the order came from the Philippines and they tried to barter her down to $27 she received $36.40!it costs $20 to deliver.
all i wanted back originally was the price difference for the upgrade and the delivery cost which is very reasonable considering what they have put me through but they have ignored all of that so now I want the full refund.

My flower order was NEVER received, yet they processed the card. It was for a special birthday so disappointed. These thieves (gone into liquidation) are now trading as Z-Flowers and still cheating people. SHAME SHAME

Ordered a dozen red roses for my Fiancee on Valentines day (money taken by them on the 13th Feb), as of yet they have not arrived...cannot get through by phone and only get automated responses to my emails...BE AWARE! I have gone through the ACCC and they have given advice and will follow up with the OFT if no resolution (which I doubt they will)...How many others have they conned and how much money have they received...DISGRACEFUL, glad I had my receipt so I could show my Fiancee that I didn't forget!
