Unfortunately, my experience with Flowers For You was extremely disappointing. A close friend of mine had placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to me, but what arrived was far from what I expected. The flowers looked like they had been hastily thrown together, resembling nothing more than a few weeds. I was utterly shocked and disappointed by the quality of the arrangement.

As a customer of flowersforyou.com, I am extremely disappointed with the product and the service that I received. My daughter purchased a personalized vase with a picture of my deceased grandson, which was a beautiful and sentimental gift for me on Mother's Day. However, after putting flowers in the vase only three times, the picture of my grandson started to come off.

I contacted the company to request a replacement of the picture. As a grandmother who has lost her only grandchild tragically, this vase held an immense emotional value for me. However, I was met with an unhelpful response, stating that they could not replace the picture and instead offering me the cost of the vase as compensation, which was $12.99.

I expressed to them that I didn't care about the cost of the vase, I only wanted the picture to be replaced. Sadly, my request was not met with kindness or compassion from the customer service representatives. Despite my efforts to receive a replacement, they refused, and ultimately offered my daughter a full refund for the purchase.

As a result of this experience, I will never order from flowersforyou.com again. Their product was overpriced and of low quality, and they were unwilling to stand behind their promise to provide a personalized and sentimental gift. This experience left me feeling hurt and disappointed, and as a grieving grandmother, it is sad to see a company that does not prioritize their customers' emotional needs.

I had ordered a colorful bouquet in a vase, complete with a bow, chocolates and a balloon for a dear friend's 70th birthday celebration to make it extra special. I was really looking forward to making my friend's day with this beautiful gift.

However, when my friend received the gift and sent me a photo, I was frankly embarrassed. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website. The flowers appeared old and wilted and were simply placed in the vase without any skillful arrangement or the bow as advertised. I had spent US$91.22 on this gift, and I felt like it was not worth it.

I decided to complain to the company, hoping they would rectify the mistake and send my friend a beautiful, fresh arrangement as pictured on the website. Sadly, all I received was a refund of US$14.34. While the money was not really the issue, it was the fact that I had hoped for a beautiful gift for my friend, and that did not happen.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Flowers For You. I had high hopes for them based on the website's pictures and prices, but the actual product was a letdown. I'm not sure I would use this company again in the future, given my experience.

If you're in the market for flowers this Mother's Day, you might be tempted to give Flowers for You a try. While this company promises beautiful bouquets and timely delivery, I had a less than stellar experience with them recently.

I was feeling particularly generous this Mother's Day and wanted to surprise my mom, mother-in-law, and grandma with some truly stunning flowers. I browsed the Flowers for You website and was blown away by the premier beautiful bouquets featured in the pictures. After spending over $300, I eagerly awaited delivery day.

Unfortunately, despite the promise of delivery on Mother's Day, my mom never received her order. When I called to inquire about what had gone wrong, I was met with a less than satisfactory response. It took almost a week after Mother's Day for my mom's flowers to finally arrive, which was a pretty disappointing experience. I expected better from a company that markets itself as a premier flower delivery service.

To add insult to injury, Flowers for You did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, but it hardly made up for the fact that my mom missed out on her Mother's Day flowers. Looking to send a bit of happiness to a friend who was in the hospital, I stumbled upon Flowers For You's website (flowersforyou.com) and was immediately drawn to their "Be Happy Bouquet" in a unique and adorable yellow smiley face mug. If you're in the market for a flower delivery service, I would suggest avoiding Flowers For You at all costs. From personal experience, I can attest that they provided the worst flower-buying experience I've ever had. While it's admirable that they use local florists, their management needs some serious work.

When I ordered a bouquet for my 30th anniversary, it arrived three days late and only had half the flowers that I had purchased. After numerous excuses, I was sent an arrangement that was supposed to contain over 30 roses, but only had 13. I recommend requesting that the recipient sends you a picture of the flowers they received, to ensure they are close to what you paid for.

It seems that Flowers For You is content with sending scaled down arrangements while charging full price, hoping that the recipient will be just happy to receive flowers. Like another reviewer, I was offered a mere 10% off a future purchase for my exasperating experience! While customer service was pleasant, it was clear that they deal with many unhappy customers. It took seven calls to get to the unsatisfactory resolution I received.

In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I urge others to do the same. It is not worth the time, money, or headache to deal with a company that cannot deliver on their promises. Save yourself the stress and choose a different flower delivery service.

My recent experience with Flowers For You (flowersforyou.com) was quite disappointing. I wanted to send a dear friend of mine, who had just had a major back surgery, a beautiful bouquet to cheer her up. However, things did not go as planned.

To begin with, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and were left on the recipient's porch. While my friend's phone number was on the card and they were called, unfortunately, they were unable to do anything about it due to their recent surgery. Upon contacting the company, I was informed that they could not deliver the flowers until 16 July, which was over two weeks from the initial date of my order.

When I called again to check on the status, I was informed that the flowers had been re-delivered but to the wrong person, and the bouquet was completely different from the one I had initially picked out. It was not even a pretty arrangement. When I tried to discuss this with the company, I was met with indifference, despite their grave mistake.

The final straw came when I discovered that they had charged me for the re-delivery of the wrong bouquet without my consent. I promptly stopped the payment, as they did not provide the service I requested.

Flowers For You Terrible Experience with Flowers For You - Would Not Recommend to Anyone

I had a terrible experience with Flowers For You and I would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral, which was scheduled for the 28th. I had requested that the flowers be delivered to my aunt's house on the 27th so that she could take them to the church on the morning of the funeral. However, the flowers never arrived, even though the tracking system stated that they were on schedule for delivery.

When I called their customer support, the representative was unhelpful and kept repeating that they were sorry but the florist never confirmed the delivery. After speaking with a supervisor, I was promised that the flowers would be delivered to the church by 8am on the day of the funeral and that I would receive a full refund for the flower arrangement.

Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. On the morning of the funeral, I received a call from a supervisor who told me that they were unable to deliver the flowers to the church because the florist didn't open till 9am. Instead, they offered me a "complementary" flower arrangement up to the amount I had paid and would allow me to have them delivered wherever I wanted.

This was unacceptable to me since I needed the flowers at the church for the funeral and not at my aunt's house. After going back and forth with the supervisor, I was told that they would credit me an additional amount and I could order another set of flowers. However, when I placed the order, I was told that I couldn't order more flowers because the original ones were being delivered and I got a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Flowers For You. The flowers, which I ordered for a special occasion, did not reach their intended recipient as scheduled. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance from their customer service team, I had to wait till the next day after 2pm for the flowers to arrive. To add insult to injury, the 'Flowers For You' delivery that finally showed up was a far cry from what I had originally ordered. I was refunded a portion of the payment made, but it did little to compensate for the hassle and inconvenience that I had to endure. The contrast between the photos of what I had supposedly ordered and what was actually delivered is astounding. Upon searching their website, I came across what seemed to be an ideal option - a gorgeous-looking arrangement with sunflowers, greens, and a vase. However, what I got in reality was a far cry from what I had expected.

For starters, the flowers were not prearranged, contrary to what their website claimed. I had to spend additional time and effort arranging them myself, which was a huge inconvenience. But the real disappointment came when I saw the final product. The flowers looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. As a loving parent, I recently ordered a beautiful bouquet from Flowers For You (flowersforyou.com) for my daughter who is going through a tough time with a divorce while also having both her children down with COVID-19. Given the circumstances, I really wanted to bring some joy and light into their day through a thoughtful gift of flowers.

However, I was utterly disappointed when the delivery did not arrive on the same day as expected. In fact, it was almost noon the following day before the bouquet finally made it to my daughter's doorstep. Understandably, I was upset and unhappy with the tardiness of the delivery.

To add insult to injury, the flowers that my daughter received were not exactly what I ordered. Although they bore some resemblance to the product I had selected, the bouquet that I had envisaged for my daughter was significantly different from what was delivered.

As a result of these unforeseen circumstances, I cannot say that I would use Flowers For You again. It's truly unfortunate to have to write such a negative review about Flowers For You. I had high hopes for this online flower delivery service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. It's hard to believe that this company is still in business considering the numerous issues I encountered.

The biggest problem I faced was the fact that they missed the delivery date that was promised to me. When I tried to cancel my order, I was told that it was too late to do so. I was left with no choice but to wait for the flowers to be delivered the following day. However, the next day came and went, and still no flowers. I waited patiently for two more days, and still no sign of the delivery I had paid for.

I tried every avenue to get in touch with the company - calling, emailing and even disputing the charge with my credit card company. All the while, my friend, who was supposed to receive the flowers on Monday, was left without a gift for four entire days. It's unimaginable how upsetting this must have been for her.

When I decided to send a get well gift to my niece who was in the hospital, I came across Flowers For You (flowersforyou.com) and thought of ordering a sunflower bouquet along with some additional gifts. Since sunflowers are her favorite, I went ahead and ordered the large bouquet, two balloons, and a teddy bear to cheer her up. However, my experience with this company was not at all pleasant.

On receiving the delivery, I was extremely disappointed with what I saw. The bouquet had only one small sunflower, and to make matters worse, one of the balloons was deflated. It was not what I expected at all and not worth the price I paid. As anyone would, I immediately contacted the company regarding my dissatisfaction.

To my dismay, the response from the company was not satisfactory. They offered a mere 35% refund, which was not acceptable given the amount of money I had spent. It was not a good experience to be left with this kind of customer service.

I recently visited Flowers For You's website looking to surprise my daughter with a bouquet of fresh flowers wishing her well on her new endeavors. After some consideration, I finally decided on the "Best of luck" bouquet and placed the order, eager for it to be delivered by 6pm as promised.

However, as the evening began to wear on, I began to worry when the flowers had not yet shown up. I reached out to the customer service representative for an update, but was informed that the florist had closed and he was unable to confirm whether or not my delivery had been made. Naturally, I began to feel frustrated as I had been counting on this bouquet to be delivered on time.

I decided to request a full refund, but was initially offered a mere 10% refund. This seemed like a paltry offer, especially given the fact that the delivery was already delayed. When I declined this offer, the representative subsequently offered me a 30% refund, still insistent on a little compensation rather than giving me a complete refund.

However, I could not be mollified with these insufficient offers as I needed the arrangement that very day. I was put on hold while the representative spoke with his supervisor and after some discussion, I was finally given a full refund.

I appreciate the fact that the representative ultimately looked out for my interests and did what he could to help me get the refund that I rightly deserved. Nonetheless, the experience wasn't completely satisfying as I had to jump through several hoops to reach that end. I would suggest that Flowers For You work on their customer service so that patrons will not have to face such setbacks in the future.

Flowers For You Disappointing Flower Delivery: A Review of Flowers For You's Mother's Day Service

Being a busy individual and wanting to surprise my mother with a special gift on Mother's Day, I decided to order flowers from Flowers For You. I placed an order for two different arrangements to be delivered to the same address on the Saturday before Mother's Day and received two emails stating that they were delivered on the same day.

However, upon checking with my mother, I was informed that only one arrangement was delivered the next day, which was the first arrangement. The second arrangement arrived relatively late on Monday night, two days after the intended delivery date. To add to the disappointment, the flowers were not at all what was ordered, with not even the preferred color of yellow present.

Furthermore, both arrangements were very sparse with a lot of greenery, which did not justify the money paid. The flowers appeared to lack the expected freshness and vibrancy that one would usually associate with a professional florist.

Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my experience with Flowers For You and would think twice before ordering from them again. I would have expected better quality, accurate delivery dates, and fulfillment of the order as per the specifications. Sadly, this experience left me feeling underwhelmed and dissatisfied.

Flowers For You Disappointing Experience with Flowers For You: Late Delivery & Incorrect Flowers Received

I recently had a disappointing experience with Flowers For You, an online flower delivery service. Initially, I was excited to use this site, as they promised same-day delivery of their beautiful floral arrangements. I placed an order on May 28th, hoping to surprise my sister with some lovely blooms for her birthday on May 31st. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed and my sister was left without a gift on her special day, as the flowers did not arrive until June 2nd - three whole days late!

To add insult to injury, I discovered via email that the flowers I had ordered were not even the ones that my sister ultimately received. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with Flowers For You and can confidently say that I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you're looking for reliable and efficient flower delivery, I would strongly advise that you do not use this site.

However, I will say that the situation was somewhat redeemed by the fact that the company did eventually reach out to me after I shared my review. They offered me a refund and even went above and beyond by sending flowers to my sister as a means of apology. While this certainly doesn't excuse the initial blunder, I appreciate the effort to make things right on their end.

All in all, while my experience with Flowers For You was less than satisfactory, I suppose it's possible that they could be worth a second chance if they're willing to put in the extra effort to make amends. But if you're looking for a foolproof online flower delivery service, it would probably be best to look elsewhere.
